Job Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate environments
- Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems, with Workday knowledge preferred
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint for metrics and presentations
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills at all organizational levels
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to drive insights and decision-making
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required
- Additional language skills beneficial (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin)
- Proven track record of building relationships and influencing through collaboration
- Experience with metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and data-driven recruiting insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong project management and process improvement capabilities
- Experience representing company at recruitment events and career fairs
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements

Role Description As a Lead G&A Recruiter, you will operate as a principal-level recruiting partner responsible for owning TRM’s most critical G&A searches, with a focus on senior and specialized roles across Strategic Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other corporate functions. You will partner directly with executive stakeholders to define search strategy, map competitive talent markets, engage senior passive talent, and drive high-quality hiring decisions with speed and precision. You share your insights and recommendations with the hiring team to refine and optimize the outreach strategy, and you continue to monitor and adjust the approach until the position is filled. Benefits - The estimated base salary range for this role is $172,000 - $196,000. - This role may be eligible to participate in TRM’s equity plan.
