• Own full-cycle recruiting for client accounts, from intake through offer • Partner directly with client hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and interview processes • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates with clear, thoughtful write-ups • Manage candidate experience and communication throughout the process • Keep hiring managers informed and accountable for timely feedback and decisions • Leverage AI tools to enhance day-to-day recruiting workflows — including sourcing, outreach, candidate summaries, and administrative tasks — and bring that knowledge to clients as part of the service we deliver • Maintain clean records and pipeline tracking • Represent Atomus Partners professionally in every client interaction

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in SaaS — this is a hard requirement, no exceptions.
  • Experience supporting early-stage or scaling companies
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (we work across a variety depending on the client)
  • Must have experience hiring for both geographically specific locations and fully remote roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills — you're not waiting on inbound applicants
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches at once, and stay organized without someone checking in on you
  • Clear communicator, written and verbal
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to different client cultures and processes

Role Description As a Lead G&A Recruiter, you will operate as a principal-level recruiting partner responsible for owning TRM’s most critical G&A searches, with a focus on senior and specialized roles across Strategic Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other corporate functions.
