Qualifications - Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. - 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience in database engineering in large-scale, enterprise environments. - Deep PostgreSQL expertise including MVCC, transaction management, vacuum mechanics, WAL architecture, advanced query performance tuning, buffer management, and backup/restore. - Experience supporting large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS, PaaS, or cloud infrastructure platforms. - Strong Unix/Linux skills — file system navigation, permissions, process management, performance diagnostics. - Deep understanding of RedHat Linux internals with hands-on expertise diagnosing CPU, memory, and I/O issues at the OS level. - Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Strong problem-solving ability, logical thinking, and a genuine curiosity to understand complex systems end to end. Requirements - Experience with ServiceNow platform, scripting, tuning, and troubleshooting is highly preferred. - Scripting: basic shell scripting, Python, Javascript, Ansible. - Good understanding of schemas, table spaces, indexing, and database performance optimization. - Familiarity or knowledge of CentOS/RedHat operating system. - Formal experience on a DevOps (Kubernetes and CICD pipeline) or Performance or support team supporting a Web-Based application is desired. • The Senior Packaging Engineer will coordinate the execution and commercialization of innovative packaging solutions across primary, secondary, and tertiary formats. • Focus on commissioning and validating new packaging designs through trials and experiments to support successful launches of Beverage and Core products. • Drive packaging commissioning efforts both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Engineering, Project Management, Packaging Quality, and Program Management. • This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an experienced engineer passionate about packaging development and operational excellence. • Onsite commissioning and qualification activities for packaging formats and adjacent systems across various packaging fill processes including Cold Fill, Hot Fill, CSD, HAA, and LAA. • Travel as needed to support project execution and attend technical training opportunities – Minimum 75% to Maximum 100%. • Coordinate multiple projects with varying levels of complexity simultaneously. • Apply analytical tools to diagnose and resolve manufacturing and design related challenges. • Collect, analyze, and present testing data to support project decisions. • Support cross-departmental knowledge transfer of packaging related best practices, root cause analysis, and solutions to quality issues. • Effectively diagnose, interpret, and communicate trial results to various technical and leadership audiences. • Contribute to the development of protocols, process workflows, training and reporting. • Demonstrate functional knowledge of various packaging materials (PET, rPET, HDPE, LLDPE) and packaging processes (Injection Molding, ISBM) along with their beverage applications.
