Role Description As a Portfolio Enablement Manager, you'll play a critical role in empowering Edmentum's GTM teams to excel. You'll be the expert who transforms product strategy into compelling training, messaging, and enablement programs that help our field teams confidently position and deliver our portfolio. You'll shape launch readiness, build high-impact learning experiences, and champion the voice of our GTM organization, all while working cross-functionally to drive revenue outcomes. - Lead cross-functional portfolio launch readiness to ensure Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Strategic Accounts teams are equipped to drive pipeline growth and product adoption. - Build engaging learning experiences, from live trainings to modular e-learning and certifications, that deepen product knowledge and sharpen field skills. - Create compelling enablement content including playbooks, battlecards, demo scripts, and value messaging that fuels differentiation and field confidence. - Serve as a strategic partner to Product and Marketing, turning roadmap updates and enhancements into crisp, value-driven GTM narratives. - Use data, feedback, and performance insights to continuously improve enablement programs and scale their impact across teams. Qualifications - Deep experience in B2B SaaS, product enablement, or GTM strategy. - Strong cross-functional instincts and excel at building alignment across Product, Marketing, and GTM. - Skilled at turning complex concepts into simple, compelling messages. - Strong track record of building training, learning pathways, or certification programs. - Engaging facilitator comfortable leading both virtual and asynchronous learning. - Strong communication and storytelling skills. - Data-driven and use metrics to evaluate program success and inform improvements. - Highly organized and thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. - Familiar with enablement tools such as Highspot or Clari. - Bring curiosity, creativity, and a learner's mindset to your work. - Willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
