Role Description This position supports global pricing requests for new product development. He/She reviews requests for accuracy and completeness and makes requests to sales for additional information. This position analyzes request data using tools to determine if results are within UPS’s approval guidelines. He/She addresses pricing-related questions to provide supplemental information requested by others after initial proposal. This position works closely with International pricing groups and other business units to address price RFQs including multiple geographies, products and services, and/or business units to ensure complete and accurate information. - Provides sales with direction on what billing options are available and which are appropriate for each engagement. - Develops proposals and forwards to sales and other pricing groups to facilitate fulfillment of customer requests. - Works with contract and legal departments to confirm pricing details on contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance to policies. - Assists in the development of rates for new Worldwide Economy origin countries, as well as the annual general Rate Increase for all existing origins. - Obtains knowledge of pricing systems and tools to accurately track proposals. - Works with appropriate internal systems to ensure timely and accurate pricing. - Reviews customer accepted pricing proposals to ensure contract integrity. - Works on various projects centered on process improvements. - Engages with sales and sales leadership on a daily basis providing consultative advice on competitor activities and pricing strategies. - Assists sales with understanding of pricing systems, strategies, and tactics. The base pay for this position ranges from $5,880 monthly in our lowest geographic market up to $10,900 monthly in our highest geographic market. - Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. - Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. - Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. • Oversee trade relations and pricing for the company's product portfolio of both Zenpep and Vowst. • Manage relationships with wholesalers, specialty distributors and specialty pharmacies. • Lead regular business reviews and ensure KPIs and service level agreements are met. • Maintain proper inventory levels and address pharmacy omits by monitoring and adjusting daily inventory levels with Distribution partners. • Report customer orders to finance on a weekly basis and adjust wholesaler orders if expectations are not met. • Oversee the EDI process (844/852/867) from wholesaler setup to internal reporting. • Develop and update Government Pricing SOPs. • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team on 3PL Wholesaler/Customer Accounts, including account setup, weekly order, and invoicing. • Partner with finance to review chargebacks for eligibility and accuracy in accordance with contract terms. • Ensure compliance with DSCSA regulations. • Partner with the Director, Trade, Pricing and Payer Marketing and Associate Director, Pricing and Contracting on deal modeling for customer contracts and reporting. • Coordinate weekly contracting meetings with business partners and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly pricing calculations. • Monitor State and Federal Government transparency requirements.

Role Description WSP is currently initiating a search for a Federal Pricing Analyst in Arlington, VA, with the potential to work out of any WSP US office. You will support the development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximize profitability and minimize company risk under U.S. Government contracts. The Pricing Analyst will be a member of the Federal Contracts/Compliance Team and will provide support in the management and administration of U.S. Government contracts, including compliance with pricing provisions and clauses of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency FAR supplements. This role involves complex data analysis, competitive pricing analysis, and collaboration with various departments to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business objectives. Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience working in federal pricing for U.S. Government contracts with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies. - Four-year bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent. - Ability to express yourself clearly and positively, both verbally and in writing, and have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with multiple departments and senior leadership. - Capability to respond to a variety of non-routine, and often complex, requests and demands. - General knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, and agency FAR supplements to include federal contract cost principles, prevailing wage requirements, cost analysis, and price negotiations. - Proficient computer skills with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. - Ability to work independently, in team settings and under time pressured deadlines to accomplish objectives. - Highest ethics, confidence and skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing business environment.
