• Serve as the primary compliance authority embedded within the QC laboratory, ensuring that all analytical and quality control operations supporting mRNA and biologics manufacturing are conducted in full accordance with applicable GxP regulations, internal quality standards, and global regulatory expectations. • Act as a strategic compliance partner to QC laboratory leadership, driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all QC functions. • Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements, lead audit readiness initiatives, oversee quality management system activities, and serve as a mentor and subject matter expert (SME) for QC laboratory staff. • Ensure inspection readiness at all times and support the integrity of data generated in support of product release, stability, and method lifecycle activities.
• Responsible for creating an integrated view of the commercial funnel—from pipeline to wins to revenue to receipts—and translating the visibility into actionable insights that improve performance • Operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, building scalable dashboards and data infrastructure while shaping how the commercial organization prioritizes, measures, and drives growth • Plans, organizes, administers, develops, and evaluates the activities of assigned staff • Analyzes how sales activity translates into financial outcomes including pipeline progression and conversion, wins/bookings to revenue realization, and drivers of revenue growth and margin • Provides insight into customer behavior, segmentation, pricing, and service mix to guide commercial focus • Identifies performance gaps, growth opportunities and execution risks and delivers clear recommendations to leadership • Establishes a scalable reporting architecture that supports both leadership decision-making and frontline execution; builds executive dashboards • Standardizes KPIs and reporting governance across the commercial funnel • Strengthens data infrastructure, quality, pipeline hygiene, and integration across CRM, ERP, and Billing/receipt systems • Develops an analytical approach and establishes a roadmap to improve visibility in receipts and revenue • Supports territory planning, segmentation, and resource allocation decisions • Aligns commercial analytics with Finance planning, budgeting, and revenue processes; improves forecasting accuracy through stronger pipeline visibility and leading indicators • Partners across Commercial, Finance, Operations, and IT to align data, priorities and execution
• Input information from vendor safety data sheets into a hazard communication database • Review global chemical regulations and determine their application for various products • Search for SDS sheets of raw materials • Fill in missing or incorrect information in the SDS sheets • Contact vendors as needed
• Responsible for administrative support for the Project Management Team • Act as a liaison regarding client project needs and provide guidance • Oversee, review, complete, and process various project management forms • Assist with client contact, verification of accurate sample check-in, and monitoring analysis status • Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate Project Manager • Schedule and enter bottle orders into the container order system • Set up accounts within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• Compile, prepare, and submit product records in Chemical Data Management Systems • Support regulatory compliance by obtaining documentation to maintain product level data in all Systems • Generate and review hazard communication documents/product labels • Create and/or evaluate reports as needed to ensure compliance with applicable regulations in division activities

• Support the Customer Global Product Stewardship Team by reviewing, organizing, and summarizing documents, and preparing reports and assessments • Conduct toxicology and risk assessments for medical devices and manufacturing processes • Prepare Chemical Hazard Summaries and Biological Evaluation Reports, including data tables and literature reviews • Compile and summarize biocompatibility test data and study results • Perform qualitative toxicology assessments using existing data, regulatory classifications, and scientific literature • Conduct gap analysis involving cross-referencing chemicals against PCTEC, CHS, and hazard summary data
• responsible for handling assigned Pace Analytical Services Accounts, financial targets for those accounts, and in-bound leads. • Focuses on maintaining revenue from existing assigned accounts to ensure that the clients in the maintenance classification are well cared for and therefore reducing attrition. • Generates new revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding, and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing Pace's maintenance and strategic accounts. • Assesses/qualifies inbound leads generated from the website and marketing programs and potentially wins new business for the company. • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations. • Creates new accounts/contacts from inbound programs and outbound research. • Follows a robust standard operation procedure to log all customer interactions. • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities. • Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. • Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a work team. • Promotes and supports the overall mission of Pace by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with customers and staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment.
