Market Access Manager – Pharma Trade, Pricing

Nestle

• Oversee trade relations and pricing for the company's product portfolio of both Zenpep and Vowst. • Manage relationships with wholesalers, specialty distributors and specialty pharmacies. • Lead regular business reviews and ensure KPIs and service level agreements are met. • Maintain proper inventory levels and address pharmacy omits by monitoring and adjusting daily inventory levels with Distribution partners. • Report customer orders to finance on a weekly basis and adjust wholesaler orders if expectations are not met. • Oversee the EDI process (844/852/867) from wholesaler setup to internal reporting. • Develop and update Government Pricing SOPs. • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team on 3PL Wholesaler/Customer Accounts, including account setup, weekly order, and invoicing. • Partner with finance to review chargebacks for eligibility and accuracy in accordance with contract terms. • Ensure compliance with DSCSA regulations. • Partner with the Director, Trade, Pricing and Payer Marketing and Associate Director, Pricing and Contracting on deal modeling for customer contracts and reporting. • Coordinate weekly contracting meetings with business partners and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly pricing calculations. • Monitor State and Federal Government transparency requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics and/or in a related field required.
  • 5+ years of professional work experience in Market Access operations within a Pharmaceutical or Biopharma organization is required.
  • Must have an understanding of Pharmaceutical industry pricing and trade structures, along with Government pricing and reporting requirements.
  • Experience in day-to-day management of distribution partners and 3PL management and US drug channel dynamics.
  • Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) is required.
  • Must have excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, presentations and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships).
  • Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with EDI 844/852/867 and inventory reporting and systems is required.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving and project management skills, as well as be both analytical and data-driven.
  • Ability to navigate through change management and business transformation is required.
  • Must be team-oriented and have the ability to influence and lead across key business functions in a matrix environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Veeva or Microsoft Power BI is highly desired.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 20% based on the needs of the team and the business is required.

Role Description WSP is currently initiating a search for a Federal Pricing Analyst in Arlington, VA, with the potential to work out of any WSP US office. You will support the development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximize profitability and minimize company risk under U.S. Government contracts. The Pricing Analyst will be a member of the Federal Contracts/Compliance Team and will provide support in the management and administration of U.S. Government contracts, including compliance with pricing provisions and clauses of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency FAR supplements. This role involves complex data analysis, competitive pricing analysis, and collaboration with various departments to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business objectives.
