Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role

Role Description The Implementation Consultant, Fire Prevention US owns the configuration, deployment, and customer enablement of First Due's Fire Prevention suite across the US customer base, with primary delivery in the Core segment, on-call complex-configuration support to Essentials, and contribution to Enterprise engagements. Fire Prevention is one of First Due's most configuration-intensive modules. The role demands command of fire inspection and code enforcement practice, including inspections, permitting, invoicing, investigations, and the inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) of fire protection systems. This role is accountable for translating an agency's prevention and code enforcement program into a correct, maintainable First Due configuration and for a training and go-live experience that earns inspector and administrator adoption.
