Role Description - Provide BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data - Develop BIM Project Execution Plans with BIM Manager - Lead BIM project kickoff meetings to demonstrate BIM process to Design team - Prepare project specific training documentation on project BIM execution plans - Work with BIM Manager to setup BIM projects from company templates - Provide discipline specific technical management of project BIM data - Liaise with BIM Manager and Design team to ensure changes in BIM Project Execution Plans, company procedures and standards are effectively communicated to project teams - Create, manage and maintain project content for project teams - Provide one-to-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows to project teams as required - Support BIM project teams while enforcing "modeling best practices" - Contributing to ongoing process improvement of in-house BIM Standards - Review BIM models for quality control - completion of Brph BIM Standard Compliance Reports - Review Revit "warnings" to help keep model problems to a minimum - Revit Model Migration - moving Revit models forward to newest version while verifying their integrity and completeness - Create "as-built" Revit models from 2D legacy/owner drawings to be used as reference information or starting points for project teams - Exporting Data for use by other disciplines and/or firms (AutoCAD backgrounds, Navisworks exports, etc...) - Coordinate weekly Information Exchange across Design Team - Navisworks Clash Detection/Model Coordination - Attend Clash Detection review meetings - Contribute or otherwise assist design as required in discipline capacity - Work with BIM Manager to investigate and test new Revit add-ons and other BIM/IPD technologies - Develop project specific "Lessons Learned" to continually improve process - Project CAD Support (including the support of legacy CAD packages) Qualifications - In-depth working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM supporting applications - Experience of working in a project coordination role for CAD applications - Excellent communications skills both written and verbal - Excellent organizational skills - Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information - Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team - Flexible attitude - Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally - Experience working in a fast paced architectural/engineering production environment - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 Suite - Self-motivated and able to take responsibility and ownership of tasks - Resilience to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work effectively under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all times - Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks - Thorough knowledge of and compliance with BRPH procedures and standards Requirements - Minimum of Associates Degree, in Architecture, Engineering or Construction related field, from an accredited two-year college or university. - Must have minimum of 6 years related experience in areas listed under essential duties and responsibilities. • The FCQM will be responsible for overall quality control and have the authority to act in FCQM matters, including maintaining an effective quality management system (QMS). • The FCQM will be on-site (full time) during construction whenever work is in progress. • The FCQM is responsible for ensuring the overall effectiveness of the Quality System for a specific project. • Planning project quality controls required by the BRPH construction & integrated services (C&IS) quality systems and contract requirements. • Fully implementing all provisions of the BRPH C&IS Quality System and related documents on the project. • Managing the operation of the BRPH C&IS Quality System on the project. • Implementing and managing all phases of quality control. • Communicating project-specific quality requirements to all affected departments, subcontractors and suppliers, and customers. • Ensuring that the Quality System is established and implemented by persons doing work that impacts quality. • Monitoring progress of activities. • Ensuring that the C&IS Quality System is maintained. • Acting as the project quality liaison with parties outside the company on matters relating to quality. • Reporting to project and senior management on performance of the C&IS Quality System, including needed improvements. • Reviewing and approving project C&IS Quality System records. • Reviewing and approving project quality-related contract submittals. • Managing all project inspection and quality control activities. • Controlling corrective actions. • Resolving quality nonconformance's.

• Work with Systems Architect and Systems Administrator positions to deliver projects and manage the overall infrastructure as a unified team • Support enterprise applications, middleware, and cross-platform services • Configure, deploy, and maintain the enterprise network across data centers, branch offices, and corporate locations • Ensure maximum system uptime and performance through proactive monitoring, diagnostics, and incident resolution • Configure and manage servers, firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi infrastructure • As part of the IT security team, implement and maintain system security measures, ensuring compliance with CMMC level 2 requirements • Perform core tasks relating to outage recovery, upgrades, and network modifications • Develop a working, holistic understanding of BRPH’s network and systems infrastructure, which will inform change request and configuration decisions • Engage with service providers and vendors to stay current with emerging solutions, manage support cases, and track key deliverables • Identify and escalate out-of-scope requests requiring change orders • Prepare and execute change requests with full testing and rollback procedures • Develop and maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures, according to BRPH standards • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff • Lead project teams, including assigning tasks and coordinating onsite resources • Support compliance and audit activities related to network infrastructure and data protection standards • Track and report on individual and project KPIs such as budget adherence and documentation quality • Participate in weekly team huddles prepared with status updates and metrics.

• Plan, direct, or coordinate activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. • Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, implementation and completion. • Support the Project Manager with the daily technical activities required to plan and successfully execute the construction project requirements. • Manage job controls to ensure compliance with technical requirements, contracts, budget, schedule, and BIM coordination. • Provide technical support in construction planning, quality control, interpretation of design, application of construction methods, resolution and documentation of design conflicts, and constructability reviews to ensure successful project completion. • Prepare daily logs, project technical design submittals, necessary reports, and documenting inspection and testing results. • Monitor daily progress of craft and trade subcontractors to ensure compliance with technical and contract requirements. • Respond to subcontractor RFIs by reviewing and understanding the technical requirements and coordinating with the engineer of record as necessary. • Review construction subcontractor’s implementation plans, including a project management plan, procurement plan, safety plan, quality plan, and general means and methods to identify any risks in the plans. • Assist the Project Manager with the planning of the assigned projects, including establishing the baseline cost, baseline schedule, and cash flow. • Assist the Project Manager with subcontracting strategy, subcontractor development, estimating, buyout, and change management actions. • Assist the Project Manager in the creation and management of the project risk register to identify and mitigate potential risks to the project. • Manage the project master schedule planning and implement daily activities and support the management of three-week look-ahead schedules. • Lead in securing the necessary permits, environmental approvals, and licenses. • Lead a strong safety and quality program on the project. • Lead the commissioning, closeout, and turnover process.
