The Product Marketing Manager will drive content strategy, campaign messaging, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth and customer expansion. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, ensuring our messaging is clear, differentiated, and consistently executed across all channels. You will turn product capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with industrial manufacturing audiences and drive measurable impact. Job Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, content strategy, or related B2B marketing role
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, SaaS, IoT, or predictive maintenance strongly preferred
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into compelling messaging
- Experience supporting sales enablement in a B2B or enterprise sales environment
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who can align stakeholders
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills across formats (web, decks, briefs, campaigns)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Orchard is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to manage our paid digital channels. In this role, you will manage a 7-figure marketing budget, spread across existing and new channels. Our digital channels have been a critical component of our customer acquisition to date and we’re looking for a performance-driven candidate to drive increased growth and efficiency.
