Marketing and Communications Manager

This role involves developing and implementing impactful marketing programs and materials to effectively showcase and promote our properties, associated brands, and offerings. Plan, create content, and manage assigned social media platforms Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance for assigned properties Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry Evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic, booking rates, and target audience Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects

Job Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, content creation, and social media management
  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Ability to travel to properties located throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region
