Role Description We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex, secure, and scalable technology solutions. This role bridges business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical architecture, ensuring solutions align with policy, security, and compliance standards. Qualifications - At least five (5) years of experience working with Microsoft cloud technologies, the Microsoft Power Platform, and enterprise-level data analytics platforms - Minimum of three (3) years of REFERENCE-ABLE Public Sector Experience as a Microsoft Stack Cloud Solution Architect - At least three (3) years of experience serving as a Microsoft Solution Architect implementing and maintaining public sector systems for a state, city, or county with a population exceeding one million - Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an IT Systems Microsoft Solutions Architect - Bachelor's degree in information technology or related computer science and engineering - Minimum of five (5) years architect experience designing user, recipient, and external system interfaces with system-enforced, role-based, secure data access and entry privileges - Minimum of five (5) years architect experience designing and developing external system interfaces and integrating systems with other applications - At least five (5) years of experience as a Microsoft Solution Architect designing and implementing data pipeline and processing solutions that integrate multiple data sources - At least five (5) years of technical leadership on systems development projects, including responsibility for system and enterprise architecture, logical and physical design, and the development and deployment of solutions across multiple environments - At least five (5) years of experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect, with expertise in designing SaaS solutions and integrating them with other services and applications across hybrid environments Requirements - This is a remote position

• Develop a deep understanding of warehouse processes (e.g., picking, packing, inventory control, replenishment) and how TeamViewer’s solutions integrate with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to improve productivity and accuracy. • Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements that show how our solutions address real-world challenges and deliver measurable value. • Participate in discovery conversations to identify customer needs, challenges, and goals, and translate these into clear, actionable solutions. • Collaborate on the development of custom workflows and demo environments that reflect customer use cases. • Work closely with Product Management, Customer Success, and R&D to ensure that proposed solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with customer objectives. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving technologies across IT and OT environments. • Support joint demos and customer engagements with strategic partners.

• Define end‑to‑end solution architectures that span multiple systems, platforms, and vendors, with a strong emphasis on integration and interoperability • Make architectural decisions across application integration, data movement, identity, security, error handling, resiliency, and operational monitoring • Lead the design of integration architectures using APIs, event‑driven patterns, messaging, and data synchronization approaches • Partner with business and functional stakeholders to align end‑to‑end business processes across applications • Provide architectural guidance to engineering teams to ensure integrations are buildable, testable, and operable • Partner with Sales to drive solution design during pursuits, including integration discovery, architecture definition, and estimation • Partner with Delivery teams to ensure the integration architecture defined in presales is carried through execution

• Define end-to-end solution architectures built on Microsoft Azure, emphasizing cloud-native design principles • Make architectural decisions across identity, security, networking, platform services, data access, resiliency, and cost governance • Ensure solutions are designed for scalability, reliability, observability, and long-term maintainability • Establish architecture standards, patterns, and guardrails aligned to Microsoft and Hitachi Solutions best practices • Lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies • Apply AI capabilities such as: Azure AI services and platform capabilities • Partner with clients to identify high-value AI use cases and translate them into deliverable architectures • Provide architectural guidance to engineering teams to ensure solutions are buildable, testable, and operable
