Principal Solutions Consultant – Agentic AI

• Strategic Market Leadership: Beyond iterating the "Agentic Story," you will define it. You will collaborate with executive leadership to shape our technical go-to-market strategy, ensuring SailPoint remains the undisputed leader in Identity Security for the AI era. • Global Technical Authority: Serve as the "Deal Strategist" for SailPoint’s largest and most complex global opportunities. You will be the person called in to solve the "unsolvable" technical challenges for Fortune 100 clients. • Cross-Functional Architecture: Lead deep architectural sessions that span across Identity, AI, and Cloud Infrastructure. You will work closely with Product Engineering and Office of the CTO to ensure field requirements are baked into the core product roadmap. • Multiplier & Mentor: As a Principal, you will assist in the technical elevation of the global Solution Consulting organization. You will create the playbooks, demo frameworks, and technical standards that the Advisory and Senior SCs use daily. • Industry Evangelism: Act as a premier public face for SailPoint. You will not just present at events; you will keynote, publish whitepapers, and participate in standards bodies (e.g., around Non-Human Identity or AI Safety) to move the industry forward. • Agentic Ecosystem Development: Lead the creation of custom demo integrations and high-impact technical assets that showcase the intersection of LangChain, LlamaIndex, and SailPoint’s Identity Security Cloud.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting, with a proven track record of leading IC-level strategic initiatives.
- Expert Agentic AI Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGPT, etc.) and the ability to build sophisticated, multi-agent workflows that interact with enterprise-grade data.
- Advanced Identity Architecture: Mastery of IGA/IAM principles, with a specific focus on the future of Identity: Non-Human Identities (NHI), Workload Identity (SPIFFE/SPIRE), and JIT access for autonomous agents.
- Cloud Infrastructure Expertise: Architect-level proficiency in AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure Foundry.
- Full-Stack Builder: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript is required. You should be comfortable building and deploying custom integrations and "glue code" that brings the Agentic story to life in a POC environment.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional ability to translate bleeding-edge technical concepts into business outcomes for the C-Suite (CISO, CDO, CTO).
