Job Requirements
- Experience in software testing/QA, application support, technical support with close collaboration to development, or software development with an interest in QA and support.
- An understanding of how software is tested, reviewed and accepted in the development lifecycle.
- Ability to systematically isolate, reproduce and document bugs in a clear and traceable manner.
- Experience or interest in manual testing, acceptance criteria, test cases, bugfix retests, smoke tests, regression testing or UAT.
- Basic technical understanding in one or more areas: web technologies, APIs, mobile apps, logs, monitoring or basic networking concepts.
- Confident use of ticketing systems, ideally Jira Service Management.
- Structured, autonomous and sustainable way of working.
- Clear and reliable communication in German and English with users, business clients and technical teams is a matter of course for you.
