QA Engineer10 days ago

Role Description When a Roamless user lands in Tokyo and their eSIM activates in seconds that's because dozens of things went right across our app, our backend, and a global patchwork of carrier systems. When one of them doesn't, it's this team's job to find out why. We're hiring a Network & Mobile Senior QA Engineer to join a small, high-ownership QA team at a company where quality directly affects whether a traveller stays connected in a foreign country. The role is responsible for mobile app testing (iOS + Android) and core network and eSIM testing. What makes this role genuinely different from most QA jobs: - A significant part of what you test involves third-party carrier systems that can behave unexpectedly. - When something breaks in that layer, you need to trace it through logs, API responses, and system behaviour. - Strong analytical thinking is the core of this job. What you will do… - Test the Roamless iOS and Android apps across real devices and device farms: functional, regression, and smoke testing across every weekly release. - Test core eSIM and network behaviour: eSIM activations, data routing, carrier fallback, and edge cases that emerge from international network scenarios. - Execute and expand integration test coverage across app-to-backend flows. - Debug failures that cross system boundaries: trace root causes through backend logs and API responses, not just surface-level symptoms. - Maintain and extend test documentation in Jira/X-ray. - Integrate AI tooling into your QA workflow (automated ticket creation, MCP-based agents, testing automation). - Work directly with engineers to surface quality issues early in the release cycle, not just at the end. Qualifications - Strong experience testing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android). - Backend and API testing experience: comfortable using Postman, reading API responses, validating payloads across service boundaries. - Integration testing experience: you've tested flows that cross multiple service or system boundaries. - Ability to read code and understand system logic: you don't need to write production code, but you must be able to trace a failure through backend behaviour and logs. - Strong analytical thinking: especially when debugging third-party systems where failure modes are unpredictable. - High ownership and autonomy: This is a small team and we expect everyone to own their area, not wait for direction. - Strong English and Turkish communication skills. Requirements - Experience with Appium or Robot Framework for mobile test automation (nice-to-have). - SQL or basic querying skills (nice-to-have). - Background in telecoms, eSIM, network testing, or carrier integrations (nice-to-have). - Familiarity with automation scripting for mobile testing (nice-to-have). Benefits - Hardware you need to be most productive. - Location: Fully-remote anywhere in Turkey. - Home office budget: $500 on equipment for home office setup (eg. a keyboard, a screen, etc). This is a one-off budget that doesn’t renew every year, but doesn’t expire. - Learning and development budget: Up to $1000 annually to be spent on books, online courses, conferences, etc. - $200 non-expiry yearly Flex credit for data, hotspot, and calls. - Annual phone number subscription for $1/year: A real phone number (UK, Canada, or Australia) inside the Roamless app. - Full-time local contract. - Supportive, diverse, inclusive team.

QA Engineer11 days ago

Role Description At Roamless, we ship fast across iOS, Android, web, and backend. Until now, the web (our website, web checkout, B2B product) has had no dedicated QA. We're hiring a Senior QA Engineer for our web products to own quality assurance across our web properties. You'll build the test infrastructure, design the coverage strategy, and make sure that everything works flawlessly for every user, every time. This is a greenfield role. You won't inherit someone else's framework; you'll design and build it. What you will do - Take full ownership of web QA across the website, web checkout, and upcoming B2B/Enterprise product, ensuring releases are thoroughly validated and production-ready. - Work closely with product, developers, and design to understand requirements, clarify expected behavior, and identify what needs to be tested before issues reach users. - Design and execute regression, smoke, end-to-end, and integration tests ahead of every release. - Help establish and improve test automation for web flows, bringing practical ideas on tools, structure, and best practices as Roamless continues building its QA capabilities. - Investigate issues beyond surface-level bug reporting by analyzing behavior, isolating likely causes, and providing clear, actionable insights to support faster resolution. - Integrate AI tooling into your QA workflow, automating Jira ticket creation, building testing agents, exploring MCPs. - Perform manual testing where automation is not possible. Qualifications - Solid experience testing web products and customer-facing flows, ideally including checkout or other conversion-critical journeys. - Strong understanding of QA fundamentals, including regression testing, smoke testing, integration testing, and bug tracking. - Hands-on experience with web test automation, with familiarity in tools such as Playwright or Selenium (or similar). - A highly analytical mindset with a focus on understanding why something is broken, not just identifying that it is broken. - Strong autonomy: you plan your own testing cycles, identify coverage gaps, and self-organise without a checklist. - Curiosity about using AI to improve workflows, efficiency, or QA processes in practical ways. - Experience with Postman for API testing. - Familiarity with Jira and X-ray (or equivalent bug-tracking). - Comfortable with a fast-moving startup that ships weekly. - Strong English communication skills. Requirements - SQL or basic querying skills. - Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines. - Exposure to accessibility or web performance testing. - Experience setting up QA processes from scratch. Benefits - Hardware you need to be most productive. - Fully remote. The trust and flexibility that come with a fully-remote setup. We're looking for someone based in Europe, or working in a Europe-friendly time zone (CET ±2 hours). - Home office budget: $500 on equipment for home office setup (e.g., a keyboard, a screen, etc.). This is a one-off budget that doesn’t renew every year, but doesn’t expire. - Learning and development budget: Up to $1000 annually to be spent on books, online courses, conferences, etc. - $200 non-expiry yearly Flex credit for data, hotspot, and calls. - Annual phone number subscription for $1/year. A real phone number (UK, Canada, or Australia) inside the Roamless app. - Full-time local contract via EOR. - Supportive, diverse, inclusive team.

Influencer Marketing Intern (Copy)

Roamless

Roamless is a mobile connectivity service that is up to 90% cheaper than traditional roaming. With one eSIM, users get instant, reliable data anywhere in the world. The company has grown 4-5x Year on Year and has been trusted by over 1M users who rate it 4.6 on Trustpilot. We recently closed a $12M Series A led by Rasmal Ventures, with participation from Shorooq, Revo Capital, Finberg, and JIMCO. We are hiring globally and fully remote, planning to grow from 60 to 100+ in the next ~12 months.

Role Description Roamless's influencer marketing program has been built on strong creator relationships and a scrappy, hands-on approach, but we're at the point where we need someone to own it properly. We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to take the program end-to-end: - Identify the right creators across travel and lifestyle. - Negotiate partnerships. - Manage relationships. - Track what actually drives results. This is a standalone role with real scope. You'll work closely with our affiliate team and have an intern to support the operational side, but this is not a coordinator role. We need someone who can build the function, make strategic calls on creator mix and budget, and bring structure to a program that's ready to scale. What you’ll do: - Own the end-to-end influencer marketing program at Roamless, from strategy through to execution. - Identify and source high-quality travel and lifestyle creators across markets via organic discovery and tools. - Evaluate influencers for fit, reach, and ROI potential; decide who to collaborate with and for how long. - Brief creators, lead contract negotiations, and structure deals across different commission and payment models. - Build and manage ongoing relationships with creators, their talent managers, and agencies. - Run brand integrations and collaborations, tracking performance against agreed metrics (installs, reach, conversions). - Work closely with the affiliate marketing team to ensure partnerships are meaningful and aligned. - Mentor and work closely with the influencer marketing intern. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a closely related role. - Strong negotiation skills, with an ability to structure and close deals strategically. - Experience managing contracts and payments across multiple geos/currencies. - Solid grasp of influencer ROI: how to evaluate creators, model returns, and judge collaboration value. - Familiarity with the creator landscape across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. - Familiarity with mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer/Adjust etc.). - Startup or scale-up experience preferred. Comfortable working as an individual contributor who can build a function from scratch with minimal team support. - Ability to use sourcing/discovery tools and manage a creator pipeline end-to-end. - Strong AI, automation, and systems building skills. - Strong written English for clear, professional outreach, and spoken English for communication with colleagues. Nice to have - Existing creator/agency relationships. Location and Contract Details - This is a fully remote, full-time position. - We are prioritizing applications from Turkey but you are welcome to apply from other countries as long the timezone difference with Turkey is reasonable. - If you are based in Istanbul or nearby, you have the option of joining our "Roamless Wednesdays", when the team in Istanbul gets together in person in the office to share pizza and lunch and work together.

We are hiring globally and fully remote, planning to grow from 60 to 100+ in the next ~12 months.

Role Description Roamless is growing fast, and so is the way we work with creators. As our influencer marketing scales, we need someone to help keep the engine running behind the scenes — finding great travel and lifestyle creators, reaching out, and keeping everything organized as the program grows. It's hands-on, operational work that sits right at the heart of how we grow the brand. You'll learn how influencer marketing actually works at a fast-moving startup, work directly with people who do this for a living, and see the direct impact of your work on real campaigns. If you live on social platforms and want to turn that into real experience, this is a great place to start. - Source and build lists of relevant travel and lifestyle creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (using tools such as Upfluence). - Handle first-touch outreach to creators — emailing, requesting pricing, and basic negotiation. - Track and manage inbound creator requests via the shared creator inbox; flag notable creators to the team. - Maintain and update the creator database: contacts, rates, content history, and campaign status. - Support content collection, approvals, and delivery. - Assist with basic performance reporting — promo code tracking, reach, and engagement. Qualifications - About to finish a degree, just graduated or at the beginning of your career in marketing (there is no hard requirement for a degree). - A sharp mind with analytical and critical thinking skills. - Active on Instagram and TikTok with a good understanding of the creator landscape. - Strong written English for clear, professional outreach, and spoken English for communication with colleagues. - Organised and reliable with operational, detail-oriented work. - Comfortable communicating with external creators. - You have a sharp mind and a super fast learning curve. You like to learn by doing and aren’t scared to go out of your comfort zone. - You are hungry for impact and want to get things done. Requirements - To get more context on who we are and how we work, read "Who is a Roamie? Our Core Traits Manifesto". It explains the core traits we look for in everyone we hire, interns included. - We don't expect you to be perfect and embody everything on this list, you're only at the beginning of your career and there's much to learn. - We just expect you to embody some or most of these traits, be excited about what you read and feel like this is what you strive to become professionally. Contract details and pay - This is a paid internship, ~20 hours per week, paid Turkish national minimum wage through a contract. No additional benefits are available. - If you live outside of Turkey you are still welcome to apply, we simply would be unable to offer a contract local through payroll. - We can offer USD $870 per month (the minimum wage equivalent) and you invoice us directly. - Note that as a contractor you'd be responsible for handling your own taxes in your country of residence. - This internship has the opportunity to turn into a full-time role subject to performance and fit with the team.

Manager38 days ago

Role Description Roamless has 1.5 million users and is growing 4–5x year on year. Every paid acquisition campaign, every cohort analysis, every A/B test depends on accurate marketing data and right now, no single person owns the stack. Attribution flows through AppsFlyer, Meta CAPI, GTM, OneSignal, and a growing list of tools. Events fire. Sometimes correctly. This is the problem you'll fix. As our first dedicated Martech Manager, you'll be the bridge between the growth team and engineering. The person who knows exactly how data moves through our stack, who makes the calls on which tools we use and how they're configured, and who holds the bar on implementation quality. You'll inherit a backlog of events and tags to be set up across web, iOS, Android, and backend. You'll design the architecture, spec the requirements, QA the output, and build the foundation that powers everything from our paid channels to our CRM lifecycle engine. You'll work closely with our Growth, Engineering, and Product teams. What you will do - Own the marketing technology stack: evaluate, choose, and implement tools across the full stack (MMPs, tag managers, CRM integrations, conversion APIs, analytics) - Define integration requirements for every platform: web, iOS, Android, and backend with clear specs that developers can actually build from - Set up and maintain GTM (web and server-side) events and GA4 tags across all touchpoints; manage UTM taxonomy across all paid channels - Oversee mobile SDK implementation: in-app event tracking, deep links, and deferred attribution flows - Own MMP configuration and validation: ensure MMP attribution is accurate, postbacks are firing, SKAN 4 schemas are correct, and data is trustworthy - Build and maintain paid channel integrations: Meta Conversion API, promo code tracking, deep link management - Ensure CRM data flows work end-to-end: events syncing from MMP into our customer engagement tools and other lifecycle tools - Run integration QA: TestFlight-based mobile testing, dashboard validation, root-cause analysis when data looks wrong - Coordinate across growth, product, and engineering: translate marketing needs into technical requirements and vice versa Qualifications - 3–5 years in marketing technology, marketing operations, or growth engineering, ideally at a B2C product company - Hands-on experience with a mobile measurement partner: AppsFlyer, Adjust, or equivalent including event configuration, deep link setup, and attribution validation - Google Tag Manager implementation experience (web and/or server-side) - Mobile SDK tracking experience across iOS and Android - CRM integration experience: syncing event data into lifecycle tools (Braze, Klaviyo, OneSignal, or similar) - Intermediate SQL experience: you can query event data, validate tracking, and catch discrepancies - Basic coding ability (Python, JavaScript) - Strategic ownership mindset: you evaluate tools, make recommendations, and set requirements independently; you don't wait to be told what to do - Startup mindset: you are comfortable with ambiguity, creating your own playbook, and you take end-to-end ownership Nice-to-haves - Meta Conversion API (CAPI) integration experience - SKAN 4/iOS 14+ attribution modelling knowledge - QA or testing background (manual or automated) - Experience using AI tools for workflow automation and requirements writing Benefits - 💻 Hardware you need to be most productive - 🌎 Fully remote. The trust and flexibility that come with a fully-remote setup. We're looking for someone based in Europe, or working in a Europe-friendly time zone (CET ±2 hours). - 🌐 $200 non-expiry yearly Flex credit for data, hotspot, and calls. - 📱 Annual phone number subscription for $1/year. You get an annual phone number subscription for $1/year. Product Analyst50 days ago

Role Description Roamless has a product that 1.5M+ travelers use across 200+ countries. We've built it fast. Now we're entering our optimization phase, and we don't have a product analytics practice yet. No experimentation framework, no analytics playbook, no established processes. You'll be the first dedicated product analytics hire at Roamless. That means you decide how we run experiments, choose the tools we use, make data accessible to the product team, and establish the frameworks that drive every product decision going forward. This is not a role where you inherit someone else's dashboards and maintain them. You'll set up how we measure success, how we design experiments, and how the team learns from data. You'll work closely with Elisa (Head of Product), and the wider product, design, and engineering teams. Your work will directly shape everything from onboarding to pricing across our app, website, and partner portal. What you will do: - Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers as a strategic partner throughout the product development lifecycle, using data to shape decisions from ideation to execution - Design and run A/B tests end-to-end: define hypotheses, calculate sample sizes, monitor experiments, analyze results, and make clear recommendations to the product team - Build the experimentation framework from scratch: establish best practices for how we design, run, and learn from experiments across the app, website, and partner portal - Analyze user behavior and product metrics to identify optimization opportunities in our PLG metrics: activation, monetization, retention - Define and track key product metrics, ensuring the team understands what success looks like and how we measure it - Translate data insights into actionable product recommendations that directly improve the customer experience - Build our data culture: teach the product team how to think about experiments, interpret results, and make data-informed decisions Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role at a tech company, working alongside product, design, and engineering teams - Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests at scale (sample sizing, statistical significance, common pitfalls) and translating results into clear product recommendations - Experience setting up experimentation frameworks and analytics best practices, ideally from scratch or at an early-stage company - Proficient in SQL: you can write complex queries independently to extract and analyze large datasets - Experience creating dashboards with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) - Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar) - Strong communicator: you translate data into product recommendations that non-analysts can understand and act on - Proactive and resourceful: you thrive where things aren't fully defined, and you make them clearer - Startup or fast-paced environment experience. You are comfortable with ambiguity, happy to wear many hats Requirements - Python or R for statistical analysis - Experience with MongoDB, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Google Analytics - Experience in travel, marketplace, or subscription business models - Worked across mobile and web applications Benefits - Stock options. Frontend Tech Lead

We are hiring globally and fully remote, planning to grow from 60 to 100+ in the next ~12 months.

Role Description As our Frontend Tech Lead, you'll own both the technical direction and the people on that team. This is a player-coach role. Roughly 70% of your time will be spent on hands-on work: writing and shipping code, reviewing pull requests, and making architectural decisions alongside your team. The remaining 30% is people leadership: 1:1s, performance conversations, unblocking engineers, and building the team habits that make the whole greater than the sum of its parts. The scope of what you'll work on is genuinely broad: - Our website, a high-traffic, conversion-critical surface where you'll help define how things are built and how content is structured and accelerated through our CMS. - Our B2B enterprise portal, a brand new product for a brand new business line, currently in its earliest stages. You'll work closely with our PM responsible for our web experience from day one, shaping the roadmap rather than receiving it, where your instincts about what to build next are as valued as your ability to build it. Qualifications - 8+ years of frontend development experience with deep expertise in React and Next.js. - Strong Node.js skills: comfortable operating across the full frontend/backend boundary. - A genuine belief in AI-assisted engineering; you already use AI tools in your own workflow. - Proven experience leading or tech-leading a frontend team. - Experience managing or mentoring engineers directly. - Startup mindset: make good decisions with incomplete information, move fast, and own outcomes end-to-end. - Strong cross-functional communicator: comfortable shaping requirements with Product and explaining tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders. Requirements - Lead the team's CMS migration, owning both technical execution and the long-term content infrastructure design. - Be the technical bridge between Product and Engineering. - Review pull requests with feedback that raises the bar, and mentor engineers on both craft and broader engineering thinking. - Own the people management of the frontend team: regular 1:1s, performance reviews, development plans, and honest conversations about growth and performance. - Break down silos, build rituals and practices that encourage knowledge sharing and collective ownership within the team. - Partner with the CTO on team structure, hiring priorities, and capacity planning as Roamless scales. Benefits - Stock options: All employees are eligible for stock options, subject to tenure and performance. - Hardware you need to be most productive. - Fully remote: The trust and flexibility that come with a fully-remote setup. - Supportive, diverse, inclusive team.

Role Description Creative is the biggest lever for user acquisition at Roamless - and right now, we don't have a dedicated function for it. We're operating across multiple languages, two product lines, and a growing roster of creators and agencies. The creative strategy layer is missing. That's what you'll own. You'll own the performance creative function: - The testing roadmap - The creator and agency roster - The brief-to-launch pipeline - The feedback loop that turns performance data into better creatives, week over week The KPI is simple - find the scalable creative. Everything else is in service of that. You'll work closely with our paid ads team on the performance side, and with our brand team on visual and copy alignment. You'll report to the Director of Growth. What you will do: - Own the creative testing pipeline - Analyze creative performance data (CTR, IPM, CPI, CPA, hook rate, hold rate) across Meta, TikTok, and Google to identify what's winning and why - Build and maintain a weekly testing cadence - generate hypotheses, ship new variations, read results, repeat - Stay on top of UGC trends and platform-native formats to keep our creative output fresh and relevant - Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies - Source and manage UGC creators and agencies end-to-end - from outreach and RFPs to ongoing relationships - Own contract negotiations and SLA reviews with agencies; ensure clear deliverables, timelines, and revision terms - Write performance-optimized briefs and scripts with strong hooks, clear value props, and compelling CTAs - Own quality control on every video deliverable - typos, logo placement, safe zones, on-brand visuals - Bridge performance and brand - Brief the brand team on static and video needs based on what the data tells you is working - Ensure visual and messaging coherence with Roamless brand guidelines across all performance creatives - Adapt scripts and concepts across product lines (data plans, Numbers/virtual SIMs) and markets - Self-serve on light production - Trim, caption, and iterate on raw assets using tools like CapCut, Runway, or HeyGen to ship test variants without bottlenecks - The bar isn't production polish; it's: can you get a test live independently? Qualifications - 2-5 years of experience in performance creative, UGC strategy, or creative strategy at a B2C digital product company - Proven experience sourcing and managing UGC agencies and individual creators end-to-end, including contract and SLA negotiation - A data-first mindset - Strong copywriting skills for mobile-first, direct-response content - Experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager - Experience with an MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, or similar) - Solid project management skills - Startup mindset Requirements - Experience with AI-assisted creative tools (Runway, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, etc.) - Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Runway) - Experience with creative performance management platforms (Motion, Smartly) Benefits - Hardware you need to be most productive and a $500 budget for your home office - $1000 yearly budget for L&D (books, courses, conferences...) - Fully remote - the trust and flexibility that come with a fully-remote setup - Full-time local contract via EOR - Supportive, diverse, inclusive team
