Since expanding to domestic B2B solutions in 2020, we've secured 75+ partnerships with U.S. academic institutions and placed students in nearly 6,000 clinical rotations. Our proprietary SaaS platform and comprehensive service solutions help schools expand enrollment, open new clinical campuses, and prepare for accreditation visits. About the position: As an AMOpportunities Preceptor, you will host medical trainees from around the world for an in-person and/or virtual clinical experience. During the experience, you will provide exposure to the U.S. medical system as it relates to your specialty. Preceptors are expected to facilitate a program that may include observation, patient interaction, didactic learning, case presentations, and/or research. Your program will be designed to fit the needs and availability of your clinic and/or hospital. AMOpportunities handles all marketing, application collection, medical trainee support, and administrative work so that you can focus on the most important part, teaching! This is a contracted position; preceptors are paid a stipend upon a medical trainee’s successful completion of their program. Essential Functions: Willing to write a Letter of Recommendation (LoR) based on merit Must be able to host a minimum of 20 hours/week Ensure all observation or hands-on activities involving patients are supervised by the physician, mid-level, or nurse. Ability to offer one or more of the following clinical experience types: - In-Person Observership Hands-On Research Nursing Dentistry Pre-Med Shadowing Virtual Patient-Focused Education/Research Focused If virtual, the program must hold adequate video conferencing accounts for hosting (i.e. Zoom Pro, doxy.me Professional, etc.) Skills/Experience: Hold a current, active, medical license in the U.S. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with others Academic Affiliation(s) with a U.S. based university preferred, but not required What You Gain: Competitive stipend A dedicated Program Coordinator to manage your program details, document collection and verification, and scheduling. Qualifications - 5–7 years of experience in GTM strategy, revenue/sales operations, deal desk, strategic finance, or FP&A. - Technical, and highly familiar with GTM systems such as Salesforce, CPQ tools. - Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations. - An AI-first employee—reach for AI tools by default to work faster and smarter, and look for ways to apply them across the function. - Experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance leaders. - Skilled in creating financial models and analysis; excellent in Google Sheets as well as financial and GTM tools. - Experience implementing new systems and processes and creating automations. - SaaS / Cyber industry experience—an advantage. - Willingness to take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed. - Ability to work independently, proactive, fast learner, and self-motivated. - Accurate, with great attention to detail. - Team player.
