• Partner with GC&O leadership to define and drive the team’s strategic plan, including annual and mid-year planning, OKRs and investment recommendations across our global content and creator bets • Lead large, highly cross-functional initiatives that improve how we plan, launch and scale content and creator programs, from early problem framing through execution and post-mortem • Design and evolve the GC&O operating model, including governance, decision-making forums, performance indicators and business review rhythms that increase clarity, accountability and speed • Develop clear narratives that synthesize complex data, market dynamics and internal signals into concise stories for senior leadership reviews, investment decisions and strategy alignment • Build and maintain reporting, dashboards and business reviews that surface insights on creator health, engagement, monetization and operational efficiency, then translate them into concrete action plans • Connect global strategy with regional execution by identifying gaps, codifying best practices and ensuring that programs scale effectively across markets • Proactively identify and size opportunities to improve and scale the business (e.g. processes, systems, tooling, vendor strategy), then lead pilots and rollouts with cross-functional partners • Operate as a strategic thought partner to GC&O and cross-functional leaders, helping them decide what to start, accelerate or rethink to unlock growth for Pinners, creators and partners
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, business operations or similar roles in technology or media
- Experience in the content and/or creator ecosystem in a strategy, business operations, partnerships or programming capacity
- Demonstrated strength in structured problem solving, including framing ambiguous questions, building hypotheses, scoping analyses and turning insights into clear, prioritized recommendations
- Ability to move seamlessly from strategy to execution, including designing initiatives, sequencing work, setting success metrics and driving follow-through with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and narrative storytelling skills; you’re comfortable building executive-ready materials that synthesize complex data and competing signals into sharp, simple narratives
- Experience influencing without formal authority across multiple functions (for example Partnerships, Editorial, Product, Analytics, Biz Ops, Finance) and aligning stakeholders with different priorities
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data; experience with SQL or other querying languages to independently pull and structure data, plus familiarity with tools like Tableau or Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, a related field or equivalent experience
- Organized, detail-oriented and resilient, with a bias toward action, continuous improvement and learning in fast-changing environments.

• Analyze sales data to generate insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment, and revenue trends • Create reports for the sales team in a timely manner, generate leaderboard metrics • Work on data cleanliness within our CRM, identify key issues within the data and plans to remediate • Assist with commissions data at month end, work with commissions teams on any discrepancies in data • Work with our Channel Operations team on resolving deal registrations, assist with data cleanup and basic channel reporting • Help resolve deal registrations issues; check for partner qualifications • Support annual and quarterly planning processes, including territory design, quota setting, and headcount planning • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, and GTM Strategy to align initiatives and deliver accurate forecasting • Assist in sales tool evaluation, implementation, and optimization • Provide ad hoc analysis and strategic support for executive-level presentations
• Design, govern, and continuously improve the end-to-end S&OP process across the enterprise • Ensure alignment between demand forecasting, supply planning, and operational execution • Define, standardize, and own the 'To-Be' global S&OP process • Establish clear process governance, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making rights • Monitor and report on process performance, driving accountability and transparency • Serve as the business lead for the implementation and optimization of planning technologies • Identify opportunities to inject automation and AI/Machine Learning into the S&OP workflow • Develop and manage a continuous improvement roadmap for the S&OP process maturity • Collaborate with and influence stakeholders across all regions and functions • Act as the ultimate Subject Matter Expert for the Forecast to Build process • Facilitate change and partner with the ETO Change Management team to develop training and support materials
