• Own and enforce consistent CRM (HubSpot) usage across the sales organization, including deal stages, activity tracking, promotions, forecasting, and data accuracy. • Translate sales strategy, training, and initiatives into enforceable workflows, required fields, and operating cadences within HubSpot. • Set and uphold execution standards; address and escalate non-compliance when core fundamentals are not followed. • Own sales forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue predictability across accounts, reps, and regions. • Build and maintain execution-focused dashboards that reflect reality (not vanity metrics). • Lead weekly pipeline reviews and execution check-ins with sales leadership. • Identify risks early and recommend corrective actions. • Ensure sales readiness before launching new programs, promotions, or initiatives. • Define clear go / no-go criteria based on system readiness, team capacity, and execution risk. • Pause, redesign, or discontinue initiatives that cannot be executed effectively. • Build, scaling, and leading a national sales team that crushes goals and sets a culture of results, accountability, and excellence. • Create and maintain sales playbooks, operating standards, and execution checklists. • Ensure training translates into required behaviors and system usage. • Prepare the organization for scale by hardening fundamentals before layering complexity. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure commercial plans are executable end-to-end. • Align forecasting with inventory availability, margin targets, and cash flow realities. • Ensure marketing programs and promotions are operationally supported by sales systems.
