Title: Deputy Program Manager Location: Remote (United States) Department: Health/Federal Civilian Sector Job Description: About the role Concept Plus is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support the Program Manager in leading the delivery of client services. This role helps ensure performance excellence across multiple task orders covering service areas such as help desk, network engineering, cybersecurity, unified communications, systems support, and enterprise architecture. The DPM plays a key role in daily operations, stakeholder coordination, quality control, and risk management. What you'll do - Assist the PM with overall BPA and task order management, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, PWS objectives, and DAU expectations. - Coordinate operational activities across geographically dispersed teams, including staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and workforce continuity. - Maintain situational awareness across all technical service areas; monitor SLAs, metrics, and quality control measures; identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions. - Support preparation of reports, briefings, deliverables, and communication to government stakeholders including CORs, COs, and WarU leadership. - Track risks, issues, dependencies, and changes; support development and execution of mitigation strategies. - Ensure adherence to security, telework, and operational policies; maintain awareness of facility access, hours of operation, and government operational constraints. - Serve as Acting Program Manager when required, representing the contract in meetings and coordinating time-sensitive decisions. - Foster a culture of customer service, responsiveness, and continuous improvement aligned with DAU’s mission and IT support environment. Required Qualifications - US Citizen - Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance. - Experience supporting or managing federal IT service delivery, task order execution, or enterprise IT programs. - Solid understanding of IT support environments (help desk, infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems management, or similar). - Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, priorities, and deadlines. - Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and standard PM tools. Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting firm-fixed-price and T&M task orders. - PMP, CAPM, ITIL, or equivalent certification. Concept Plus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
