About the position: As an AMOpportunities Preceptor, you will host medical trainees from around the world for an in-person and/or virtual clinical experience. During the experience, you will provide exposure to the U.S. medical system as it relates to your specialty. Preceptors are expected to facilitate a program that may include observation, patient interaction, didactic learning, case presentations, and/or research. Your program will be designed to fit the needs and availability of your clinic and/or hospital. This is a contracted position; preceptors are paid a stipend upon a medical trainee’s successful completion of their program. The work involves interfacing with multiple customers and developing and managing plans across subcontractors.
