You will play a contributing role in shaping product strategy, execution, and impact. You’ll set direction, drive execution, and ensure that what we ship earns the trust of our clinical users. This is a hands-on role for a PM who thrives at the intersection of data platforms, AI, and real-world healthcare delivery. Qualifications - Required - Bachelor’s degree (technical, healthcare, or data-related field preferred) - 3+ years in product management (healthtech, AI, and/or data-driven SaaS products preferred) - Demonstrated experience delivering AI/ML-powered, data-centric, and/or analytics-driven products - Experience building products utilized in clinical, operations, or high-stakes environments where reliability and trust are first class citizens - Ability to communicate well, manage competing priorities, calibrate speed vs. depth prioritization by task, and drive execution in agile environments - Familiarity with agile, Scrum, roadmapping tools - Experience with user research, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making - Strong technical acumen (comfort discussing data pipelines, AI/ML, APIs, cloud architectures, etc.) and comfort using cutting-edge software tools to accelerate prototyping/development - Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities - Comfort navigating regulatory/compliance and security requirements in healthcare - Preferred - Advanced degree in a relevant field - Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, or digital health startups - Experience with clinical workflows, EHR integrations, or interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) - Prior ownership of a platform or foundational product supporting multiple downstream use cases - Mission alignment Requirements - Location: xCures operates in a distributed, remote-first environment. Role Description This is a remote position.
