Job Requirements

Role Description The Amplify Supply Chain team is seeking a Director of Business Process Management (BPM) to lead large-scale improvements across our integrated supply chain and Central Services functions that support K-12 Print Publishing. This role will be critical in advancing business processes that span not only our supply chain operations but also the central support teams that drive ongoing improvement and operational excellence. Qualifications - Minimum Bachelor's degree (Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Trade or Management) or equivalent experience. - Minimum 2 years working experience in a Supply Chain environment; preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. - Experience in Materials Management and alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Finance is an added value. - Excellent understanding and experience with production planning and inventory management optimization strategies (APICS certification preferred). - Experience in projects that require collaborative approaches.
