Role Description As a Supply Technician Support, you will help manage inventory, track equipment and repair parts, and support the full lifecycle of material handling. The role involves: - Managing and tracking inventory, repair parts, and equipment supporting program and fleet requirements. - Coordinating ordering, receipt, inspection, and issuance of materials to ensure timely mission support. - Maintaining accurate logistics data, inventory databases, and system records to support reporting and accountability. - Supporting shipping, receiving, and material movement activities, including inspection of incoming cargo and equipment. - Performing inventory reconciliation and assisting in resolving discrepancies across logistics systems. - Generating reports, documentation, and correspondence supporting logistics operations and program tracking. - Coordinating with internal program teams, supply chain personnel, and government stakeholders to ensure material readiness. - Utilizing logistics and inventory management systems to track assets, maintain records, and support operational requirements. - Assisting with financial tracking related to logistics activities, including material accountability and audit readiness. Qualifications - High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required. - Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience. - Experience with Navy logistics systems (e.g., R-Supply, Navy ERP, or similar). - Familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) concepts. - Experience supporting communications, C5ISR, or mission systems programs. - Prior experience supporting programs aligned to NAVAIR, NAVSEA, or fleet operations. - Experience supporting shipboard logistics operations. - Experience supporting surface ships such as Destroyers (DDG), Cruisers, or similar platforms preferred. Requirements - This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance. - U.S. Citizenship status is required, as this position necessitates an active U.S. Government Security Clearance for employment. - Non-U.S. citizens are not eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance. - Compliance with the Service Contract Act (SCA).
