Construction Acumatica Consultant
Pine Services Group
Independently manage assigned functional workstreams within implementation projects. Deliver solutions aligned with the Statement of Work (SOW), Business Process Review (BPR) documentation, and company standards. Build strong client relationships and contribute to high customer satisfaction. Maintain and expand Acumatica certifications and cross-module knowledge. Consistently meet utilization targets while maintaining quality standards. Implement and support Acumatica ERP for construction and project-based organizations. Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into system configurations. Perform solution design, system configuration, testing, data migration support, training, and go-live activities. Provide post-go-live support and assist clients in optimizing system usage. Identify and resolve functional challenges while collaborating with internal technical and consulting teams. Follow established implementation methodologies and best practices. Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to project leadership. Continue building expertise in one or more functional areas (e.g., finance, distribution, construction/project accounting). Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicate with stakeholders at various organizational levels, including executive leadership. Facilitate client meetings and working sessions. Produce accurate documentation and uphold professional standards. Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support less experienced team members when appropriate. 3–7 years of experience working with Acumatica as a Consultant, Power User, or in a functional ERP role. Hands-on Acumatica implementation or support experience required. Experience supporting construction or project-based accounting environments preferred. Strong understanding of ERP fundamentals, including finance, distribution, and project accounting. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a team structure. Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills. Acumatica certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain). Experience with a consulting firm, reseller, or as a controller/senior accountant is a plus. Willingness to travel up to 10% within the U.S. and Canada.

The Senior Account Manager, Final Mile continuously enhances and builds the client business relationship by providing overall account support at the strategic and day-to-day level.
