As a Solution Architect in ISD Custom Solutioning, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate those requirements into well-designed systems, applications, and processes. You’ll define complex technology architectures involving Data Platform and Artificial Intelligence to address key business challenges and ensure solutions align with client goals. Serving as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide design activities, typically within project teams, and occasionally while working on customer sites. Clients are primarily located in the Americas and EMEA, and international travel may be required. Customer & Partner Engagement Gather insights from a broad range of stakeholders and the main business sponsor to shape project definition and execution. Job Requirements
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years' experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security) OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years' experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security) OR equivalent experience
- 4+ years managing multiple, complex projects or portfolios
- 2+ years' experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams
- Preferred Qualifications
- Technical expertise on Data Platform and AI Solutions on Microsoft Azure such as Fabric, Synapse, Copilot Studio, Azure Machine Learning, Agentic AI.
- 12+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Data & App, Application development)
- 8+ years technical sales experience
- Compensation
- Solution Architecture IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $138,200 - $268,800 per year.
- There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $175,900 - $288,000 per year.
