What You’ll Do - Own the Relationship - Lead monthly strategy calls with your Heroes - Be the primary point of contact - Build trust and long-term partnerships - Drive Strategy - Conduct SEO audits and competitive analysis - Create clear, actionable growth plans - Translate strategy into real business impact - Execute & Deliver - Implement on-page and technical SEO - Plan content, social, and email strategies - Build and manage link-building campaigns - Collaborate with our website team - Track & Improve - Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions - Deliver monthly reports - Adjust strategy based on performance What Success Looks Like - High Hero retention and satisfaction - Measurable SEO and lead growth - Strong communication and trust with clients - Consistent delivery of high-quality work Role Details - Manage 10-12 Hero accounts - Serve as the primary point of contact for Heroes in a customer-facing role - Perform hands-on website updates and SEO implementation alongside strategy work - Full-time role (40 hours per week) - Must be available during standard business hours in the Eastern Time Zone (EST) - Fully remote Commitment to the Role This is a full-time position that requires full focus and commitment. We are looking for team members who are fully dedicated to their role at Markinuity and are not actively running a business or taking on side clients that would create conflicts of interest. Qualifications - 2-5 years of SEO experience with proven results - Strong communication skills (you simplify the complex) - Strategic thinking + hands-on execution - Experience with GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Brightlocal, etc. - Highly organized and self-motivated Compensation - $60,000 – $75,000+ (Base + Performance Bonuses) - Quarterly retention bonuses - Revenue-based bonuses - Lead growth bonuses - Profit sharing - Full benefits package

Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of results you’re proud of. - Deep technical SEO knowledge — crawlability, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, the works. - Strong analytical skills; you’re comfortable with data and use it to tell compelling stories. - Experience managing high-value client accounts and navigating complex stakeholder relationships. - A natural ability to lead, coach, and bring out the best in the people around you. - Excellent communication skills — you can explain SEO to a CEO and a developer in the same breath. - Familiarity with local SEO, multi-location brands, or local service businesses is a big plus. - Experience building SEO frameworks, internal playbooks, or training programs. We're looking for a talented Local SEO Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for clients. This isn't a hand-off role — you'll own the relationship from strategy to execution. That means meeting directly with clients, diagnosing their local search presence, building a customized strategy, and implementing it yourself.
