Somos uma empresa em constante evolução, que enxerga em cada detalhe novas formas de promover a educação. - Responsável pelo planejamento, configuração, execução e otimização de campanhas de mídia paga, garantindo eficiência dos investimentos e alinhamento com os objetivos de negócio das marcas; - Atuação no gerenciamento diário das campanhas em plataformas como Google Ads, Meta Ads e demais canais digitais, acompanhando performance, monitorando KPIs e propondo ações de melhoria para evolução dos resultados; - Apoio no desenvolvimento de análises e relatórios, acompanhamento de métricas como CAC, ROAS e CPA, além de apoiar estratégias de funil, segmentações, testes A/B e oportunidades de escala; - Atuação em conjunto com áreas de criação, dados, CRM e negócio, garantindo correta implementação e acompanhamento de resultados, boas práticas de mídia e mensuração. Qualifications - Experiência com gestão de mídia paga; - Conhecimento em: Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 e GTM; - Experiência com análise de métricas e KPIs de performance; - Conhecimento em estratégias de funil e conversão; - Experiência com elaboração de relatórios e análise de resultados; - Conhecimento intermediário/avançado em Excel ou Google Sheets. Requirements - Experiência com: SA360 e DV360; - Conhecimento em Power BI, Looker Studio ou ferramentas de visualização; - Vivência em empresas de educação; - Certificações Google Ads e Meta. This role in the Analytics Group within the Resource & Environmental Planning & Strategy (REPS) organization, will directly influence corporate planning, resource procurement, energy policy, legal proceedings, and future investment strategies. Additionally, you’ll: - Utilize analytical models and grid planning simulation tools to develop resource portfolios under various future scenarios and forecast the impacts of those portfolios on system pricing, GHG emissions, and other system and market dimensions. - Provide analytical support for SCE’s strategic planning process and projects including performing economic, market sizing and cost-benefit analyses. - Build data pipelines to intake large amounts of climate projection data and manipulate the data to generate custom climate projections for end use applications. - Present to department and division management, section supervision, colleagues and other interested parties. Responsibilities - Prepares analytical support for projects and initiatives that help shape SCE's strategy. - Follows horizon planning capabilities through scenario development in the face of uncertainty driven by exogenous market factors, like climate change and emerging technologies. - Assists in deploying analytical models and grid planning simulation tools to support the development of resource portfolios under various future scenarios. - Monitors regulator demands and helps in documenting communications with state agencies about California's energy and reliability needs. - Assists in researching the cost-effectiveness and potential of new technologies for supply and demand-side energy resources. - Identifies improvement areas to alternative analytical models and methods for a variety of applications, including evaluating energy policies, regulations, climate change impacts, and new business models. - Participates in the analysis of market trends in the energy and ancillary services markets. - Gathers contract requirements, reviews payments, manages disputes and makes recommendations to maximize benefits to customers. - Contributes to statistical and econometric models to forecast electricity demand and energy commodity prices to support position management and hedging. - A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
