Advisor — Verification of Auto Repair Estimates and Repairs
Allstate
• Conduct detailed desk reviews in the image analysis office of vendor repair estimates, total loss determinations, and assigned claims to ensure compliance with estimating guidelines, repair best practices, and documentation standards • Review files and perform audits, providing annotations, corrections, and accurate repair recommendations as required • Investigate complex inquiries, complaints, escalations, and coverage- or repair-related disputes, resolving them promptly and professionally • Support total loss assessments by reviewing estimates, value appraisals, and documentation to ensure compliance with company protocols • Develop, manage, and audit processes while establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with network vendors and repair shops • Participate in calibration sessions with claims teams and management to ensure consistency in estimating practices and claims outcomes • Collaborate with management to communicate audit findings, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in automotive claim estimating, repair processes, and damage analysis
- Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous situations
- Ability to ensure adherence to company guidelines, estimating protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Professional handling of complex customer concerns, disputes, and escalation scenarios
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, appraisers, and internal teams

Role Description As a Telehealth Counselor, you will oversee all aspects of a patient’s treatment. You will be responsible for the coordination and continuity of care from admission through discharge and follow-up of the patients. You will also promote performance improvement and service delivery by providing comprehensive psychological therapy directed towards addressing the causes and effects of the patient’s addiction.
