• Manage a large number of open positions simultaneously in the healthcare sector. • Lead the full recruitment process, from posting job ads to presenting candidates to hiring managers. • Write, publish, and optimize job postings. • Conduct intensive sourcing on Indeed and LinkedIn. • Conduct screening interviews by phone or videoconference. • Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates. • Ensure rigorous tracking of candidate applications. • Meet recruitment targets within tight deadlines. • Handle daily administrative follow-up for candidates. • Verify candidates' administrative files and check required documents.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Mandatory experience in high-volume recruitment, managing a large number of concurrent vacancies.
- Experience in a temporary staffing agency, placement agency, or recruitment firm is strongly preferred.
- Excellent command of Indeed and LinkedIn for sourcing.
- Proven experience with remote recruitment.
- Strong IT skills.
- High level of autonomy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Fast execution and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
