• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes by creating and posting open requisitions, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and managing interview logistics. • Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals. • Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind. • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations. • Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience. • Collaborate with Vice President of HR and the HR Team to implement key workforce diversity recruiting strategies. • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Proven ability to analyze, problem-solve, adapt, and multitask while effectively communicating, planning, and organizing - all with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
