• As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll be an integral part of our People Team and play an active role in attracting outstanding talent to FINN. • You will support the entire hiring lifecycle — from posting job ads and engaging with candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with offers. • You will quickly take ownership of your assigned roles, gain hands-on recruiting experience, and become a trusted partner for hiring managers and candidates.
Role Description We’re hiring the person who decides what ads we make next — and then makes them. You’ll own creative strategy and production across our three markets, working in a tight pair with our senior Performance Lead (media buying and measurement). You two share one number: cost per acquired customer. Their job is to scale what works; your job is to keep giving them things that work. - Own the creative feedback loop. - Read ad performance by hook, angle, and format; turn it into hypotheses, briefs, and a prioritized testing backlog; run a weekly (daily during pushes) review cadence with the Performance Lead deciding what to iterate, test, or kill. - Produce at volume with AI. - Generative video, image, and voice tools are your production floor, not a side experiment. You write the briefs, calibrate the tools, and QA the output. In your first month you’ll baseline our current creative velocity and then commit to targets against it. - Build and run creator networks. - Source, brief, and manage UGC creators in the Philippines, Thailand, and South Africa (directly and via local agencies). - Keep every ad compliant. - You’ll own the framing guidelines and the compliance QA layer over everything that ships — human and AI-made. Target disapproval rate: zero. - Cover the non-ads surfaces. - Document what works into playbooks and systems. - When throughput genuinely caps out, you’ll make the case for your first hires — and manage them. Qualifications - Ads that won, with numbers. - AI-native production. - Creator operations. - Performance literacy. - A system for markets you don’t speak. - Senior player-coach. Requirements - Roughly 5–8 years in performance creative, growth, or UA creative roles. Bonus - Thai fluency (a strong plus). - Filipino language fluency. - Mobile gaming/app UA creative background. - Experience building a creative function from scratch. How we’ll evaluate you - Portfolio screen — ads you created that won, with metrics and the story behind each. - Conversation — including how you’d advertise an earned-wage-access product on a platform that prohibits paycheck-advance ads. - Paid work sample — a real FINN brief: several concepts with hooks and reasoning, produced with whatever AI stack you prefer. - Metrics session — we look at real creative performance data together and you tell us what you’d make next week. Benefits - Fully remote role with real budget ownership from week one. - A genuinely AI-forward setup — tooling budget and the mandate to use it. - Unlimited annual leave per FINN policy; laptop and WFH equipment allowance. - A shot at building the creative function of a multi-market fintech from the ground up, with the results visible in one shared number every week.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for our finance core — the most complex FICO issues will be escalated to you. • Own solution design and system architecture for the finance platform: design solutions in S/4HANA, determine when to build vs. configure vs. adopt standard functionality, and technically validate every change before it goes to production. • Lead FICO workstreams in our SAP transformation, from redesigning Record-to-Report and Controlling processes to quality-gating deliverables from our external implementation partner. • Continuously monitor and improve existing financial workflows to ensure alignment with SAP Global Standards and “Clean Core” principles. • Mentor and develop our FICO consultants: review their deliverables, grow their technical skills, and create runbooks and best practices that increase team resilience. • Support the design of modern integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to connect S/4HANA with internal and external systems. • Challenge the status quo: proactively identify configuration, tooling, or automation opportunities that save time and improve the SAP user experience.
• Ensure excellent mobility coverage: You independently manage and coordinate service, repair, and breakdown cases and, in close collaboration with our external claims-management partners, ensure a fast and seamless resolution for our customers. • Maximize fleet availability: You monitor compliance with all legal and manufacturer-specific deadlines (such as maintenance and inspections) and optimize utilization and the condition of our entire fleet. • Drive process optimization and scaling: You analyze existing workflows and operational fleet management, document best practices, and actively contribute to scaling repeatable processes. • Establish customer-focused solutions: You handle complex individual cases confidently in direct customer contact, systematically identify improvement opportunities, and ensure a first-class customer journey. • Promote knowledge transfer and team coaching: You support your team with technical onboarding, guide colleagues on operational issues, and establish quality standards for an outstanding service infrastructure.
• You will own end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of roles across FINN's Growth department (Sales, Account Management and Marketing), ensuring an efficient, appreciative, and seamless candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer. • You will partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and act as a trusted partner throughout the entire hiring process. • You will proactively source, engage, and nurture top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels, building sustainable pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • You will conduct structured recruiter interviews and deliver high-quality candidate assessments, consistently maintaining FINN's high hiring bar. • You will leverage recruiting data and AI-powered tools to monitor funnel health, identify optimization opportunities, and continuously improve sourcing effectiveness, hiring speed, and candidate quality. • You will collaborate closely with the wider People team to optimize recruiting processes, leverage our Applicant Tracking System (Lever), and contribute to strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives across Talent Attraction, Selection Quality, and Stakeholder Relations.
• Build and ship backend services that power our financial products — APIs, automation pipelines, and cloud infrastructure • Own features end-to-end: dig into the problem, design the approach, ship fast, and iterate based on real usage • Contribute to technical direction — advocate for better patterns, tooling, and developer experience • Partner with product and engineering to define solutions, not just execute specs • Write clean, reliable code at a high pace — quality and speed, not one or the other • Raise the bar for the team through code reviews, technical input, and leading by example
