• Act as the first point of contact for SD operations (Remarketing Invoicing, Pricing & Conditions, Subscription Billing), identifying root causes across work-streams and applying structured analysis to resolve them independently. • Partner with business teams, including Growth, Fleet and Operations, in order to own and evolve FINN's Order-to-Cash process end-to-end, from sales order creation through delivery and billing to revenue posting, ensuring tight integration with FI-AR. • Continuously monitor and improve sales order and billing workflows, ensuring they align with SAP Standard and Clean Core principles. • Support and enable others within the team by documenting best practices for lean development and system usage. • Drive the implementation of technical solutions within larger business projects, overseeing initial design, integration and deployment. • Support the design of modern integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to connect S/4HANA with customer-facing platforms and internal tools. • Challenge the status quo. • You prepare and verify final settlements according to the four‑eyes principle, ensure the traceability of all settlement items, and guarantee error‑free, consistent processing. • You independently handle customer complaints and disputed damage cases, assess facts in a structured manner, and coordinate the involvement of the Legal department or external attorneys when necessary. • You act as the operational link between Customer Care, Active Fleet, B2B, Damage Management and Legal — ensuring smooth information flow and clear responsibilities along the process chain. • You actively follow up on tickets and cases, identify recurring error patterns early, and propose well‑founded improvements to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of the defleeting process.
