• Provide generalist HR support across recruitment, onboarding and offboarding • Advise and coach managers on employee relations and HR policies • Maintain all employee documentation, contracts and HR records in compliance with legislation • Assist with compensation reviews, benchmarking and payroll input preparation • Support engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive remote working culture • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and documentation
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of generalist HR experience across multiple HR disciplines
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Proficient in HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Workday or HiBob
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is advantageous
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
