• Provide real-time operational support • Conduct coaching sessions • Organize and facilitate meetings (DB, TM, TB, ...) • Monitor and drive individual and team skill development • Monitor performance metrics (CSAT, productivity, autonomy, ...) • Manage team HR aspects (administrative tasks and career development) • Provide emotional support to team members • Set and monitor individual and team objectives • Communicate and rally the team around objectives and strategy • Relay upward and downward communication (foster communication and act as a link between different levels of the company) • Build cohesion around the team and ilek (onboarding, team cohesion, fostering solidarity, etc.)

• Align HR initiatives with operational objectives • Foster a stimulating work environment • Support talent development within teams • Work closely with department leaders to provide HR support • Participate in internal mobility processes • Provide career guidance and support to employees • Design and implement skills development programs • Advise managers on performance management • Act as a mediator in the event of conflicts

• Conversion of qualified leads: you call back people who have already expressed interest in a green energy contract with ilek. Your role? Close the sale with flair. • Retention & loyalty: you are the last line of defense to convince our customers to stay with the ilek experience. • Advice & education: you are not just a salesperson; you are an energy expert (on the challenges of the energy transition, best consumption practices, etc.); that’s why we offer two weeks of training at the start. • Performance: you maintain a high conversion rate and manage your performance metrics with agility.
