Media Manager

• Develop and execute integrated local media plans across paid channels—including broadcast, streaming, digital video, CTV/OTT, social, audio, display, and out-of-home. • Ensure media campaigns adhere to established budgets, timelines, and quality standards. • Manage full-funnel campaign planning, activation, optimization, pacing, and reporting. • Analyze performance data to optimize targeting, creative, and bidding strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Computer literacy with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Adobe, Zoom, Teams, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms, DSPs, ad servers, and video buying tools.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
