• Territory Ownership & New Business Growth • Take full ownership of your territory, proactively identifying and developing new SME fleet customers across London and the Southwest. • Field-Based Customer Engagement • Spend your time on the ground meeting customers, understanding their operations, and uncovering opportunities where SIXT Van & Truck can add real value. • Market Insight & Opportunity Spotting • Stay close to local market activity, upcoming projects, and commercial developments to open doors and initiate meaningful sales conversations. • Consultative Sales Approach • Assess each customer’s unique requirements and design tailored mobility solutions using the full SIXT Van & Truck product portfolio. • Deal Conversion & Relationship Building • Generate your own leads, convert them into active trading accounts, and deliver ongoing support that builds loyalty and long-term partnerships. • CRM & Data Excellence • Accurately record all customer activity and pipeline information in Salesforce, maintaining high data quality and visibility.
Job Requirements
- Proven B2B Sales Success
- Demonstrated experience in new business development, ideally within mobility services, vehicle rental, leasing, or the automotive sector.
- Hunter Mentality
- Confident generating, managing, and closing your own leads with minimal supervision.
- Structured & Agile Sales Approach
- Able to plan strategically while adapting quickly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Self-Motivated & Energetic
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, with a genuine drive to exceed targets.
- Strong Communicator & Negotiator
- Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Tech-Savvy
