• Review insurance claim files in systems such as Xactanalysis to ensure compliance with carrier SLAs and internal standards • Monitor performance metrics and identify trends or recurring compliance issues • Follow up with franchise locations on quality and compliance gaps, and escalate issues when necessary • Manage the QA inbox and internal communications (Teams), ensuring timely and accurate responses • Support the Quality Assurance team with administrative and coordination tasks • Assist during catastrophe (CAT) events, helping manage increased claim volumes and operational demands • Maintain a strong understanding of client SLA requirements and compliance programs • Additional duties as assigned
• Responsible for Commercial sales and revenue generation in California. • Responsible for driving overall national account sales through signed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) for assigned segment, and or geographical territory. • Build and secure new commercial accounts, referrals, and build relationships with key decision makers through leads, cold calling, and sales presentations, and expand our market share and revenue percentages. • Responsible for developing business relationships and all commercial opportunities with multi-unit housing, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, retail, commercial brokers/carriers, and government. • Develop expertise as a trusted industry expert. • Attend conferences and events, representing Paul Davis Restoration. • Negotiate and complete Sourcing Events (RFIs, RFPs), MSAs. • Develop and deliver sales proposals/presentations professionally and effectively by: making regular sales calls to develop relationships and follow up on leads acting to close opportunities and finalize agreements meeting established sales quotas, revenue, and growth goals. • Responsible for account management, which includes dispute resolution, problem avoidance, and compliance with service level agreements. • Key point of contact and account management support for assigned accounts. • Work with the Commercial Operations Development team to facilitate service opportunities. • Understands the services and products offered by Paul Davis Restoration. • Assists in marketing initiatives and communicates regularly with the VP/EVP of Business Development. • Manage complex contract negotiation and work with legal counsel as required.
• Own the Growth Engine: Design and execute aggressive ground game strategies that convert opportunities into revenue, specifically focusing on strategic growth markets. • Spearhead Training Initiatives: Assist in leading and supporting National Sales Training Initiatives, Sales & Marketing Day, Launch Training Strategies, Lead Generation Calls, Client Appreciation Initiatives, and the PD Sales Summit. • Leverage Existing Partnerships: Maximize value from current relationships to retain and grow business, ensuring long-term loyalty and increased revenue. • Continuing Education as a Sales Weapon: Build and deliver CE programs that position Paul Davis as the go-to restoration partner for insurance professionals and industry influencers. • Campaign Leadership: Launch high-impact, network-wide campaigns that generate leads, strengthen referral relationships, and accelerate sales velocity. • Franchise Sales Enablement: Equip local teams with proven tools, scripts, and tactics to close deals and outperform competitors. • Market Domination: Develop deep relationships with carriers, agents, property managers, and commercial partners to lock in referral streams. • Performance Accountability: Set aggressive KPIs, track results relentlessly, and pivot fast to maximize ROI. • Expand market share opportunities through consistent training, collaboration, and network engagement • Communicate with, train, and motivate network offices to understand and support the Business Development department • Prospect, qualify, and generate strong leads alongside the defined Ground Game Strategy • Help to train and support successful CRM best practices • Develop and deliver presentations consistently to educate, communicate, and collaborate with the network on sales best practices • Meeting established quotas, revenue, and growth goals • Work with the PDRI Business Development team to facilitate opportunities • Understands the services and products offered by Paul Davis Restoration • Assists in marketing initiatives and communicates regularly with the SVP of Business Development
• Establish, execute, and continuously improve a comprehensive, enterprise-wide audit program • Lead operational, compliance, financial-control, and IT/cybersecurity audits • Develop the annual risk‑based audit plan and present recommendations to senior leadership • Conduct interviews, walkthroughs, control testing, and data analysis to assess process effectiveness • Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and potential risk exposures • Support enterprise risk assessments and maintain an up-to-date risk register • Prepare and present reports on risk management and audit findings to the senior leadership team
• Oversee and assist offices with working on commercial jobs and communicating with customers • Establish relationships with customers from the initial call, notifying of the job through daily updates • Manage the progress of jobs through the job management system • Provide assistance with cost estimating on the job • Communicate with offices regularly to confirm job progress
• Develop and execute integrated local media plans across paid channels—including broadcast, streaming, digital video, CTV/OTT, social, audio, display, and out-of-home. • Ensure media campaigns adhere to established budgets, timelines, and quality standards. • Manage full-funnel campaign planning, activation, optimization, pacing, and reporting. • Analyze performance data to optimize targeting, creative, and bidding strategies.
