• Lead full-cycle executive and senior leadership recruiting (Director and above), ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience • Partner closely with executives to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies • Build and maintain robust, diverse executive talent pipelines through research, networking, referrals, industry events, and social platforms • Conduct in-depth executive sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate assessments • Serve as a strategic consultant to hiring leaders on market insights, talent availability, and competitive intelligence • Manage interview processes, facilitate feedback, and guide decision-making • Present, negotiate, and close offers in alignment with established compensation and relocation practices • Track and report on recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and time to fill • Maintain strong knowledge of healthcare leadership markets and executive recruiting trends
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in recruiting or human resources, including executive-level searches
- Experience operating in a consultative or advisory capacity with senior and C-suite leaders
- Proven success sourcing, assessing, and placing executive and senior leadership talent
- Strong influence, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Expertise in competency-based and behavioral interviewing techniques
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency with modern recruiting technologies and sourcing tools
- Preferred Certifications: AIRS Professional Recruitment Certification (PRC), PHR, or other relevant recruiting or HR certification

• Develop, maintain, and optimize database objects using Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and PostgreSQL. • Convert and remediate SQL Server database code for PostgreSQL compatibility. • Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views. • Perform functional, integration, and performance testing of migrated database objects. • Analyze and remediate T-SQL to PostgreSQL syntax differences and compatibility issues. • Review and address findings from AWS Schema Conversion Tool (SCT) assessment reports. • Validate migrated data and support database migration testing activities. • Collaborate with development and project teams to support database modernization and migration initiatives.
• Lead database modernization and migration initiatives from SQL Server to PostgreSQL and Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL. • Design, develop, and optimize database objects, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and SSIS/SSRS components. • Perform schema conversion and code remediation using AWS Schema Conversion Tool (SCT). • Plan and execute database migrations using AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), including full-load and Change Data Capture (CDC) migration strategies. • Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and architectural improvements. • Review technical deliverables and provide guidance to database migration team members. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of database modernization initiatives. • Support database validation, testing, troubleshooting, and post-migration optimization.
