Patient Coordinator

Job Requirements

  • Comfortable learning and navigating digital tools; CRM and scheduling platform experience is a plus
  • Strong written communication for SMS, with clear verbal skills for occasional calls

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate documentation and privacy practices
  • Interest in or familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or telehealth services
  • Reliable availability during Eastern Time business hours (approximately 16:00–24:00 GMT)
