Job Requirements
- 5+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience (in-house and/or agency), focused on Software Engineering — preferably in cloud data, database engineering, data engineering, infrastructure, or applications
- Strong track record of engaging and closing technical talent
- Strong networking skills with established connections to technical communities
- Strategic mindset with urgency; able to build recruiting strategies for unique hiring territories and quickly outmaneuver competitors
- Ability to prioritize and multitask across all parts of the recruiting process
- Proven ability to partner with engineering managers and leadership, providing guidance on market trends, compensation, competitive landscapes, and closing strategies
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools on a daily basis.
