• Act as the agile product owner on engineering scrum team(s) • Own and prioritize the backlog for a feature area in collaboration with the Product Manager • Leverage AI tools to support backlog refinement, story creation, and prioritization decisions • Prioritize tradeoffs, clarify requirements and work to drive user stories to acceptance throughout the agile development lifecycle • Use AI to accelerate requirements definition, improve acceptance criteria quality, and identify gaps or risks early • Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings and provide feedback to the team • Ensure acceptance criteria are clearly defined and verify that story implementation matches requirements • Drive projects to completion with a focus on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement enabled by AI insights • Maintain constant and transparent communication with the team and stakeholders • Enable internal teams to support the product through clear documentation, knowledge sharing, and AI-assisted content creation

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years working with technical teams, product development, or product management
  • Experience working with AI‑enabled workflows or AI‑driven product capabilities is a strong plus
  • Experience with SaaS or web‑based products and modern product delivery practices.
