• Serve as SME for CMS EDGE Server, ACA Risk Adjustment, and Reinsurance programs • Lead CMS EDGE Server implementations, enhancements, and operational support initiatives • Ensure accurate and compliant submission of membership, claims, encounter, and supplemental data to CMS • Drive data validation, reconciliation, and reporting quality improvements • Partner with business, operational, compliance, and technical teams to resolve data and reporting issues • Translate business requirements into product, process, and technical solutions • Provide strategic advisory support to health plan clients on CMS reporting best practices
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of healthcare payer experience
- Deep expertise with CMS EDGE Server and ACA Risk Adjustment
- Strong understanding of Reinsurance, Risk Adjustment, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Experience with health plan membership, claims, and encounter data
- Proven implementation and client-facing consulting experience
- Strong knowledge of payer operations and data quality processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Own the Growth experimentation pipeline from ideation through implementation and analysis. • Lead approximately 10–20 product experiments each quarter focused on activation, onboarding, engagement, and retention. • Develop hypotheses grounded in customer behavior and business metrics. • Define success metrics before experiments launch and evaluate results using quantitative and qualitative data. • Partner with an embedded data analyst to uncover insights while independently exploring data to identify new opportunities and validate ideas. • Translate data, customer feedback, and experiment learnings into product decisions and future roadmap recommendations. • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to shape, build, launch, and evaluate experiments. • Balance rapid experimentation with larger strategic initiatives that improve long-term product growth. • Talk regularly with customers to better understand their needs and identify new opportunities. • Communicate experiment progress, learnings, and recommendations clearly across the organization.
