Senior Product Manager
Audiohook
• Own product strategy and roadmap for one or more core areas of the Audiohook platform • Translate customer needs, market signals, and business goals into clear product requirements, specs, and prioritization decisions • Conduct customer research, ride-alongs, and competitive analysis to identify high-leverage opportunities • Partner with Engineering and Design from discovery through launch — writing PRDs, leading scoping discussions, and making tradeoff calls • Define and track product KPIs; instrument features to measure adoption, performance, and business impact • Improve a key platform metric (e.g., feature adoption, performance, or revenue per customer) by a measurable amount within 6 months of hiring • Drive product operations improvements: roadmap rituals, release processes, internal launch comms, and cross-team visibility • Strengthen the systems and tooling the product team relies on day to day • Partner with Product Marketing on launches and with Customer Success on activation and feedback loops • Present roadmap progress and product reviews in company meetings • Communicate clearly and proactively in a remote-first environment
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years at the senior level
- Strong technical fluency — comfortable discussing system design, data models, and tradeoffs with engineers
- Demonstrated track record of shipping products that moved business metrics, not just launched features
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable in SQL or analytics tools, and grounding decisions in data
- Excellent written communication — PRDs, specs, and decision docs that scale across the team
- Experience in adtech, martech, or B2B SaaS (preferred)
- Product operations experience: roadmap tooling, release processes, and cross-functional rituals (preferred)
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company (preferred)
- Comfort using AI tools to research, draft specs, prototype, and accelerate decision-making (preferred)
