• Support HR Solutions Partners in identifying, mapping, and documenting local HR operational processes (what, when, and how). • Work closely with HR teams to understand existing processes, local variations, and operational realities. • Identify inefficiencies, overlaps, or risks and support HRSPs with practical, implementable recommendations. • Organize, analyze, and integrate HR data from multiple systems and sources. • Support collaboration with HR Shared Services by preparing clear process documentation and handover materials for ServiceNow-based service models. • Contribute to improving the employee experience through clearer HR self-service solutions and user-friendly information. • Support the review, improvement, and maintenance of priority HR knowledge articles. • Create and maintain standard checklists (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, and recurring HR activities). • Support selected operational HR topics, including: HR audit preparation, Job description repositories, Bonus letter creation. • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process simplification. • Participate in HR digitalization and process transformation projects. • Analyze data flows between HR systems and recommend improvements. • Prepare data-driven recommendations and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Job Requirements
- Generalist HR knowledge with a solid understanding of HR processes and operational requirements.
- Experience or strong interest in HR operations, HR processes, or HR support functions.
- Experience working in or with an HR Shared Services environment is an advantage.
- Understanding of how global or regional HR models interact with local HR execution.
- Experience with ServiceNow and/or Workday is a strong advantage.
- Strong project and process (workflow) orientation.
- Ability to document, structure, and improve HR processes.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on simplification, integration, and automation.
- Comfortable working with data, documentation, and multiple stakeholders.
- Very good command of Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Pragmatic, proactive, and delivery-focused approach.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
