Join our team as the Senior Sales Executive responsible for leading sales activities for Medical Devices certification. Our preferred location for the new hire would be northern Germany (Berlin/Hamburg), western Poland (Szczecin), or the eastern Netherlands. RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for business development and sales strategy as well as maintaining relationships with ULS Medical Devices key accounts. - Connects with customers Face-to-Face and remotely (video, phone, email) to discuss customers' needs, provide best solutions and sell UL's TIC services. - Drives sales process from beginning to end, leveraging support from Sales Support Specialists and Inside Sales Executives when/if necessary. - Follows up with customers to ensure renewal of services where applicable and spots opportunities to sell specialty product / services. - Meets with new logo prospects from inbound and outbound channels to qualify their needs, understand decision makers, and land new customers. - Supports discovery, opportunity identification, proposals, and closing for sales of core UL products and services. - Leverages technical support (engineers) when customer has a qualified need. - Brings in additional resources when advantageous to support sales process, and delegates leadership of the sale to Technical Inside Sales Executives for highly technical or specialized products / services. - Transitions implementation to success / fulfillment teams after sales have been closed to ensure seamless service delivery. #LI-Remote #LI-ZK1 QUALIFICATIONS - Demonstrated working experience in sales (preferably field/direct sales) with a strong account management and development capability. - Proven ability to manage and sell into large, diverse accounts, both individually and with the assistance of supporting personnel. - Experience in managing sales activities for Medical Devices industry, or similar industries. - Experience in selling Testing, Inspection & Certification solutions or similar services. - Very good level of German and English. - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. - Open-minded, commercial person who enjoys traveling. - Business acumen, flexibility and ability to bring new ideas and solutions. - Available to travel to clients (50%-75% of the time). Total Rewards: We understand that rewards are an important consideration as you plan the next step in your career. Salary range varies by location and local market conditions - for Poland, the annual salary range for this position is 159,000-212,000 PLN gross and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. This position is eligible for additional sales incentive with a target payout of 55% of base salary.
