Team Lead Sales

• Are you ready to take the sales future of EGYM in your region into your own hands? • As Team Lead Sales (m/f/d) you will coach a sales team and drive regional growth. • You will create sales plans, manage budgets and forecasting, and analyze regional market trends. • You will develop regional sales plans and quotas aligned with company objectives and conceptually design new sales strategies to increase customer satisfaction and revenue. • You will plan and run regional events to acquire new customers and boost upselling, and you will also represent EGYM at national and international industry events. • You will supervise and coach the members of your team (6–8 direct reports). • You will be responsible for reporting regional sales results and forecasting quarterly and annual figures. • You will analyze regional market trends and identify new growth opportunities for the EGYM business. • You will determine hiring needs in your region and participate in the selection and onboarding of new sales employees. • You will prepare and review the annual budget for your area of responsibility.

Job Requirements

  • Sales leadership experience: Minimum 5 years' professional experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, or in similar senior sales roles, with proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing regional sales team.
  • Fitness/health industry experience: You have worked in the fitness or health industry and therefore possess a deep understanding of the market, companies, and economic processes in this sector.
  • Financial/business acumen: You are familiar with terms such as KOI, KPI and Cost of Sales.
  • Personal qualities: Excellent communication and strong organizational skills with a pronounced problem-solving ability.
  • Tools: Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Languages: German at business-fluent level and good English skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within your region (approx. 30%) to attend regional events and industry conferences.
