Role Description We are looking for a highly organized, results-driven, and proactive leader to work directly with the CEO on overseeing the development and opening of new franchise locations. In this role, you will manage construction projects from planning through launch, coordinating vendors, contractors, architects, schedules, budgets, and operational timelines. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with franchise standards. Experience in retail construction, franchise development, and multi-project management is highly valued.
