• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects. • Lead and manage project team meetings, fostering a collaborative and productive remote working environment. • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals. • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. • Perform risk management to minimise project risks and create contingency plans. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for all stakeholders. • Communicate project progress, status, and potential issues to management and relevant stakeholders effectively. • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Job Requirements
- Proven professional experience in project management, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong working knowledge of project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
- A solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Ability to lead and motivate a remote team to achieve project goals.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable but not essential.
