Role Description Lead the effort to gather, analyze and model financial data (financials, operational, organizational, access channel), key performance indicators, and/or market data (competitors, products, suppliers), using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to develop quantitative and qualitative business insights. This is a cross-industry role within Accenture Finance RP Growth and Strategy team. Responsibilities will include executing various internal and external projects that contribute to Accenture’s revenue and margin growth such as: - Custodian of financial data in Finance RP G&S team - Analyze data, create strategic insights on business financials (growth, profitability, specific initiatives) - Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company objectives. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects and initiatives. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies. - Prepare strategic plans and progress reports to senior management. - Establish and leverage internal and external networks (e.g. Analysts) to stay on top of the latest and greatest tools, frameworks, practices and solutions within Accenture and for competition. - Work closely with leadership team to refine existing offerings and solutions and define new ones. - Support other practice teams in strategic initiatives including - driving standardization of solution, optimizing solution cost structure, defining and formalizing the process of solutions costing & validation and working with marketing and communication teams to ensure client-readiness of sales collaterals. Qualifications - Post Graduate Business Diploma / MBA from a top university/college - 6-8 years of total experience - 3-4 years of experience in financial data analysis, financial modelling & business insights generation - 1-2 years of experience in corporate and growth strategy preferable - strategy design and execution experience, preferably in IT/ITes/BPO firm - Management consulting experience is preferred but not necessary - Preferable to have digital transformation experience in a global enterprise - Experience in working with senior stakeholders (internal or client) on strategic thinking and execution Requirements - Must be able and flexible to work across time-zones, if required - Limited travel required Company Description Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
