Job Requirements
- 15+ years in operations, strategy, product, or related leadership roles, preferably in healthcare tech-enabled services or health-tech organizations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of operating in a high growth environment and helping position teams and organizations for scale including the launch of new products/services.
- Strong analytical and process optimization mindset, including demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct functional ownership
- Leadership and team management experience strongly preferred.
- Experience using Salesforce, Asana, Visio/Lucidchart and other commercial and operations related tools.
