Role Description This position is a Senior Software developer for Intelligent Cockpit – Cockpit Core organization. The role is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of automotive software solutions with a strong focus on Functional Safety (ISO 26262), AUTOSAR-based platforms, and software product line engineering. The successful candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Functional Safety implementation in the Vector AUTOSAR environment, driving the Harman Single Branch Strategy across platform and project programs. What You Will Do: - Implement as per functional safety goal, technical safety concepts and Design. - Support team to implement as per safety goal and architecture. - Execution of SCA and unit test using LDRA tool set. - Solving critical issue by debug using Lauterbach debugger. - Bring in Tooling related adaptations to support Agile Process across different Scrum teams. - Establishing a good collaboration with product Management, Requirements, Architecture & Test teams and provide necessary inputs to these teams. Qualifications - Overall 6+ Experience in Software Development & Delivery lines. - Team Player with structured and logical thinking. - 3+ Year development experience in Vector Autosar Davinci developer and configurator. - 1+ Year development experience in executing functional safety project using autosar environment. - 6+ Year development experience in embedded C and Real time systems. - Requirements Mgmt., Incident Mgmt., Continuous Integration and Software Configuration Management. - Ability to write clear & concise specifications, documentation & methodologies. - Ability to translate strategic objectives into everyday activity and guide others. - Proven ability of tackling challenging projects. - Demonstrates a proactive approach, getting things done, takes responsibility and ownership, prioritizes own workload. - Experience using standard Project Management, SCRUM and Agile methodologies. - Able to work under pressure, flexible and focused during times of change. - Excellent English skills (written and spoken). - Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Requirements - Proven record of experience in leadership of development teams > 10 employees (internal, external). - Effectively supervising, leading, and delegating tasks. - Good knowledge in testing embedded systems. • Design and configure Okta policies, access controls, and token settings for applications and APIs. • Integrate applications with Okta for authentication and authorization using established patterns. • Support migrations of Okta configurations and applications between environments. • Replace OAG dependencies by implementing OIDC and Apache-based access where appropriate. • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and access issues across integrated applications. • Collaborate directly with application and identity teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. • Document configuration changes, integration details, and operational runbooks. • Support Okta automation and AI initiatives when capacity permits to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead the planning, design, and optimization of large-scale FTTH/FTTP fiber optic networks, ensuring compliance with client requirements, permitting constraints, budget goals, and engineering best practices; • Oversee and review High Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs), providing technical guidance and approvals for route proposals, splice point placement, and network architecture; • Manage advanced GIS and CAD workflows including data validation, integration, and QA/QC across multiple platforms such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Katapult, and Google Earth; • Supervise and mentor junior design engineers, ensuring quality control, adherence to standards, and skill development across the OSP engineering team; • Coordinate across departments and stakeholders (survey, permitting, GIS, construction, and project management) to lead technical discussions, remove project blockers, and ensure alignment from design through construction; • Analyze and resolve complex field conflicts and design issues discovered during aerial and underground surveys, proposing cost-effective and compliant alternatives; • Ensure full compliance with NESC/NEC codes, state and local regulations, and client-specific design standards, proactively managing risk and constructability concerns; • Serve as a subject matter expert in fiber optic network design, contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering standards, templates, and best practices; • Lead technical design reviews, audits, and sign-offs, ensuring consistency, constructability, and long-term scalability of the network infrastructure.
