Role Description This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, trusts, and companies. Alongside technical execution, you will act as a mentor to our junior team members and work closely with the Director on strategic advisory and ad-hoc reporting. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce. - CA or CPA qualification (preferred, or currently tracking towards completion). - 5+ years of experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm. - Proficiency in modern cloud accounting ecosystems (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and tax preparation software. - Strong leadership potential, exceptional communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail.
