• Implement a coordinated project plan to manage successful client implementations, conversions and other professional service engagements across the Lone Wolf platform suite • Provide product training, pre-sales and post-sales application related activities and escalated application support in accordance with internal guidelines and policies for the Lone Wolf platform suite • Perform thorough needs assessments and requirements gathering activities • Provide regular internal and external status updates highlighting accomplishments and risks • Work directly with key client leads to provide expertise around software configuration • Use expertise of Lone Wolf software and customer environments to consult agencies on best practices • Work closely with the Business Solutions Consultant team to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to feature adoption and utilization • Provide clear guidance around data extracts from the Lone Wolf application so clients can take advantage of third-party APIs • Track project work to ensure implementations are progressing on-time and within budget • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of in-progress product development, product vision and Lone Wolf direction • Participate in internal UAT activities as required • Maintain a good knowledge of the real estate industry and trends within the industry

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records. • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments and client invoicing. • Monitor and control expenses, reviewing budget variances and providing insights for cost optimization. • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and address discrepancies promptly. • Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns. • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current business systems landscape, including CRM, Customer Success, Contact Center, Billing, ERP, and related platforms. • Define and map the processes that will flow through the tools • Develop a business systems roadmap aligned with company growth objectives. • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce technical debt, improve automation, and eliminate manual processes. • Establish a scalable architecture supporting the end-to-end customer journey. • Evaluate and optimize the entire quote-to-cash process, including: • Lead management • Opportunity management • Quoting and contracting • Customer onboarding • Customer Support • Billing and collections • Renewals and expansion • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and revenue realization. • Provide strategic oversight of key business platforms, including: • Salesforce • Gainsight • Contact Center / CCaaS platforms • Billing and subscription management systems • Customer support platforms • Data and reporting systems • Ensure platforms are effectively integrated and aligned with business needs. • Partner closely with Executive Leadership, Product, Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Support, and IT teams. • Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technology investments. • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership regarding business process and systems strategy. • Establish governance practices for business systems investments and prioritization. • Define key performance indicators and success metrics. • Lead transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation. • Build internal capabilities and organizational structures needed to support future growth.

Translate customer needs and technical possibilities into a roadmap that balances near-term impact with long-term platform value. • Drive customer discovery. Work directly with brokerages, agents, and transaction coordinators to understand how they manage documents, handle compliance, and deal with errors today. Identify the highest-value opportunities for AI to reduce friction and risk. • Ship and iterate. Partner with AI engineering to take capabilities from prototype to validated product. Write specs, define success metrics, run pilots, and iterate based on real usage data — not assumptions. • Manage the build-measure-learn loop. Design experiments to validate product-market fit for new AI capabilities. Track adoption, measure impact, and use data to inform what we build next. • Partner across the organization. Work closely with Lone Wolf’s existing product and engineering teams — particularly those owning transaction management, forms, and e-signature — to ensure Innovation work integrates cleanly and accelerates their roadmaps. Build trust and share learnings proactively. • Understand the compliance landscape. Real estate transactions involve regulated documents, financial data, and legal obligations. Develop fluency in the compliance requirements that shape how brokerages operate so that AI capabilities enhance compliance rather than creating risk. • Represent the customer inside Innovation.
